Claims (22)
- 복수의 배터리 관리 제어 모듈;
각각 배터리에 연결되고 배터리 관리 제어 모듈에 연결되며, 서로 병렬로 연결되는 복수의 양방향 전압 변환기 모듈;
각각 양방향 전압 변환기 모듈과 병렬로 연결되고 로드에 연결되는 복수의 에너지 저장소 모듈; 및
각각 배터리에 연결되고, 배터리 관리 제어 모듈에 연결되고, 각 배터리의 상태를 모니터링하고 각 배터리의 상태 정보를 배터리 관리 제어 모듈로 전송시키도록 구성된 복수의 배터리 상태 모니터링 모듈을 포함하며,
양방향 전압 변환기 모듈이 전기 에너지를 배터리에서 로드로, 또는 에너지 저장소 모듈에서 배터리로 전달하도록 구성되며,
배터리 관리 제어 모듈이 각 배터리의 상태 정보를 기초로 하여 사전결정된 프로그램을 실행시키고 양방향 전압 변환기 모듈을 제어하도록 구성된, 복수의 배터리를 관리하고 로드를 구동시키기 위한 모듈러 배터리 관리 시스템. - 제 1항에 있어서, 에너지 저장소 모듈이 커패시터, 수퍼 커패시터, 울트라 커패시터, 플라이휠, 또는 임의의 형태의 재생 가능한 전기 에너지 저장소 부품인 모듈러 배터리 관리 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 양방향 전압 변환기 모듈이, 에너지 저장소 모듈 상에서의 전압이 사전결정된 수치를 초과할 때 배터리를 충전하기 위하여, 전기 에너지를 에너지 저장소 모듈에서 배터리로 전달하도록 구성된 모듈러 배터리 관리 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 양방향 전압 변환기 모듈이 각각 제 1의 복수의 스위치를 통해 배터리에 연결되며, 에너지 저장소 모듈이 각각 제 2의 복수의 스위치를 통해 양방향 전압 변환기 모듈과 병렬로 연결되며, 로드가 제 3 스위치를 통해 에너지 저장소 모듈에 연결되며, 제 1의 복수의 스위치, 제 2의 복수의 스위치 및 제 3 스위치가 배터리 관리 제어 모듈에 의해 제어되는, 모듈러 배터리 관리 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 배터리 상태 모니터링 모듈 및 양방향 전압 변환기 모듈이 제어 버스를 통해 배터리 관리 제어 모듈에 연결되는 모듈러 배터리 관리 시스템.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 하나의 배터리 관리 제어 모듈이 실제로 작동을 멈출 때, 다른 배터리 관리 제어 모듈이 배터리 관리 제어 모듈의 기능을 재개하도록 구성되는 모듈러 배터리 관리 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 배터리 관리 제어 모듈이 사용자로부터의 지시를 기초로 하여 양방향 전압 변환기 모듈의 출력 전압 수준을 조정하도록 구성되는 모듈러 배터리 관리 시스템.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 배터리 관리 제어 모듈이 제 1의 복수의 스위치 중 하나 및 상기 스위치와 연결된 양방향 전압 변환기 모듈을 동시에 작동하지 못하도록 구성되는 모듈러 배터리 관리 시스템.

각각 제 1의 복수의 스위치를 통해 배터리에 연결되고 배터리 관리 제어 모듈에 연결되며, 서로 병렬로 연결된 복수의 양방향 전압 변환기 모듈;
각각 양방향 전압 변환기 모듈과 병렬로 연결되고 로드에 연결된 복수의 에너지 저장소 모듈; 및
각각 배터리에 연결되고, 배터리 관리 제어 모듈에 연결되고, 각 배터리의 상태를 모니터링하고 각 배터리의 상태 정보를 배터리 관리 제어 모듈로 전송시키도록 구성된 복수의 배터리 상태 모니터링 모듈을 포함하며,

배터리 관리 제어 모듈이 각 배터리의 상태 정보를 기초로 하여 사전결정된 프로그램을 실행하고 양방향 전압 변환기 모듈 및 제 1의 복수의 스위치를 제어하도록 구성된, 복수의 배터리를 관리하고 로드를 구동시키기 위한 모듈러 배터리 관리 시스템. - 제 9항에 있어서, 에너지 저장소가 커패시터, 수퍼 커패시터, 울트라 커패시터, 플라이휠, 또는 임의의 형태의 재생 가능한 전기 에너지 저장소 부품인 모듈러 배터리 관리 시스템.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 양방향 전압 변환기 모듈이, 에너지 저장소 모듈 상의 전압이 사전결정된 수치를 초과할 때 배터리를 충전하기 위하여, 전기 에너지를 에너지 저장소 모듈에서 배터리를 전달하도록 구성되는 모듈러 배터리 관리 시스템.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 배터리 관리 제어 모듈이 제 1의 복수의 스위치 중 하나 및 상기 스위치와 연결된 양방향 전압 변환기 모듈을 동시에 작동하지 못하도록 구성되는 모듈러 배터리 관리 시스템.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 배터리 상태 모니터링 모듈 및 양방향 전압 변환기 모듈이 제어 버스를 통해 배터리 관리 제어 모듈에 연결되는 모듈러 배터리 관리 시스템.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 하나의 배터리 관리 제어 모듈이 실제로 작동을 멈출 때, 다른 배터리 관리 제어 모듈이 배터리 관리 제어 모듈의 기능을 재개하도록 구성되는 모듈러 배터리 관리 시스템.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 배터리 관리 제어 모듈이 사용자로부터의 지시를 기초로 하여 양방향 전압 변환기 모듈의 출력 전압 수준을 조정하도록 구성되는 모듈러 배터리 관리 시스템.
- 복수의 배터리 관리 제어 모듈;
각각 배터리에 연결되고, 배터리 관리 제어 모듈에 연결되고, 각 배터리의 상태를 모니터링하고 각 배터리의 상태 정보를 배터리 관리 제어 모듈로 전송하도록 구성된 복수의 배터리 상태 모니터링 모듈;
각각 제 1의 복수의 스위치를 통해 배터리에 연결되고 배터리 관리 제어 모듈에 연결되며, 서로 병렬로 연결되는 복수의 양방향 전압 변환기 모듈; 및
각각 제 2의 복수의 스위치를 통해 양방향 전압 변환기 모듈과 병렬로 연결되고 제 3 스위치를 통해 로드에 연결되는 복수의 에너지 저장소 모듈을 포함하며,
양방향 전압 변환기 모듈이 전기 에너지를 배터리에서 로드로, 또는 에너지 저장소 모듈에서 배터리로 전달하도록 구성되며;
배터리 관리 제어 모듈이 각 배터리의 상태 정보를 기초로 하여 사전결정된 프로그램을 실행시키고 양방향 전압 변환기 모듈, 제 1의 복수의 스위치, 제 2의 복수의 스위치 및 제 3 스위치를 제어하도록 구성되며,
배터리 상태 모니터링 모듈 및 양방향 전압 변환기 모듈이 제어 버스를 통해 배터리 관리 제어 모듈에 연결되는, 복수의 배터리를 관리하고 로드를 구동시키기 위한 모듈러 배터리 관리 시스템. - 제 16항에 있어서, 양방향 전압 변환기 모듈이, 에너지 저장소 모듈 상의 전압이 사전결정된 수치를 초과할 때 배터리를 충전하기 위해, 전기 에너지를 에너지 저장소 모듈에서 배터리로 전달하도록 구성되는 모듈러 배터리 관리 시스템.
- 제 16항에 있어서, 배터리 관리 제어 모듈이 제 1의 복수의 스위치 중 하나 및 상기 스위치와 연결된 양방향 전압 변환기 모듈을 동시에 작동하지 못하도록 구성되는 모듈러 배터리 관리 시스템.
- 제 16항에 있어서, 배터리 관리 제어 모듈이 사용자로부터의 지시를 기초로 하여 양방향 전압 변환기 모듈의 출력 전압 수준을 조정하도록 구성되는 모듈러 배터리 관리 시스템.
- 제 16항에 있어서, 에너지 저장소 모듈이 커패시터, 수퍼 커패시터, 울트라 커패시터, 플라이휠, 또는 임의의 형태의 재생 가능한 전기 에너지 저장소 부품인 모듈러 배터리 관리 시스템.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 배터리 상태 모니터링 모듈이 충전 상태, 건전 상태, 배터리 온도 및 배터리의 충전 조건/상태를 모니터링하는 모듈러 배터리 관리 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 배터리 관리 제어 모듈이 양방향 DC/DC 변환기 모듈의 출력 전압 수준을 특정 범위 내로 조정할 수 있는 모듈러 배터리 관리 시스템.
