Claims (8)
- 광학이성질 L타입 폴리유산 수지 50 ~ 65 중량%;
광학이성질 D타입 폴리유산 수지 10 ~ 35 중량%; 및
표면에 탄소나노튜브가 곁가지로 성장되어 있는 탄소섬유 15 ~ 30 중량%;
를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고방열 폴리유산 복합재료 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 광학이성질 L타입 폴리유산 수지와 상기 광학이성질 D타입 폴리유산 수지의 결정구조가 입체적으로 상호 마주보며 충전되는 형상을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고방열 폴리유산 복합재료 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 광학이성질 L타입 폴리유산 수지는 용융지수 10 ~ 40 g/10분(190℃, 2.16kg 하중)인 것을 특징으로 하는 고방열 폴리유산 복합재료 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 광학이성질 D타입 폴리유산 수지는 용융지수 30 ~ 70 g/10분(190℃, 2.16kg 하중)인 것을 특징으로 하는 고방열 폴리유산 복합재료 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중에서 선택된 어느 한 항의 고방열 폴리유산 복합재료 조성물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 부품.
- 광학이성질 L타입 폴리유산 수지 50 ~ 65 중량%, 광학이성질 D타입 폴리유산 수지 10 ~ 35 중량% 및 탄소섬유 15 ~ 30 중량%를 교반 및 혼합시키고, 200 ~ 250 ℃ 온도에서 용융 및 혼련한 후 커팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고방열 폴리유산 복합재료 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 탄소섬유는 표면에 탄소나노튜브가 곁가지로 성장되어 있는 탄소섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 고방열 폴리유산 복합재료 조성물의 제조방법.
