Abstract
본 발명의 용접방법은, 그 표면에 AlSi코팅층을 갖는 HPF용 강재를 준비하는 공정; 상기 강재들을 맞대기 정렬한 후, 그 표면의 AlSi 코팅층이 금속간화합물로 전환될 수 있도록 해당 용접부를 TIG 예열처리하는 공정; 및 상기 예열처리된 강재들의 용접부에 YAG 레이저를 조사함으로써 강재들을 접합시키는 공정;을 포함한다.
Description
도 2는 종래의 TWB 레이저 용접시험편의 단면을 나타내는 그림이다.
도 3은 종래의 TWB 용접시편의 용융선에서 미소경도를 측정하여 나타낸 그림이다.
도 4는 본 실시예에서의 예열 전후의 코팅층의 단면사진을 나타내는 그림이다.
도 5는 레이저 용접을 실시한 후, 코팅층을 예열한 경우와 그렇지 않은 경우의 조직사진을 비교하여 나타내는 그림이다.
도 6은 예열처리 없이 레이저 용접한 경우와 예열처리를 한 후 레이저 용접한 경우의 시편의 파단 형태를 나타낸 그림이다.

Claims (4)
- 표면에 AlSi코팅층을 갖는 HPF용 강재를 복수 개 준비하는 공정;
복수 개의 상기 HPF용 강재들을 맞대기 정렬한 후, 해당 용접부를 TIG 예열 처리하여, 상기 AlSi 코팅층이 금속간화합물로 전환되도록 하는 공정;
예열 처리된 상기 HPF용 강재들의 용접부에 YAG 레이저를 조사함으로써 상기 HPF용 강재들을 접합시키는 공정;을 포함하는,
표면에 AlSi 코팅층을 갖는 HPF용 강재의 TWB 레이저 용접방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 HPF 강재는 보론을 함유한 보론강재인 것을 특징으로 하는,
표면에 AlSi 코팅층을 갖는 HPF용 강재의 TWB 레이저 용접방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 금속간 산화물은 Fe3Al, Fe2Al5 또는 Fe2Al 중 적어도 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는,
표면에 AlSi 코팅층을 갖는 HPF용 강재의 TWB 레이저 용접방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
접합된 상기 HPF 강재를 오스테나이트화 온도인 950℃ 이상으로 5분 가열한 후 20.5 ± 2℃로 유지되는 수냉 금형을 사용하여 ?칭하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
표면에 AlSi 코팅층을 갖는 HPF용 강재의 TWB 레이저 용접방법.
