Claims (19)
- 제1 표시판을 제공하고,제2 표시판을 제공하고,상기 제1 및 제2 표시판 사이에 액정 및 배향 보조제를 개재하고,상기 제1 및 제2 표시판에 전압 레벨이 증가하는 프리틸트용 전압을 인가하고,상기 배향 보조제를 경화시키는 것을 포함하되,상기 프리틸트용 전압을 인가하는 것은제1 전압 인가 구간에서 상기 전압 레벨이 계단형으로 점차 증가하는 제1 프리틸트용 전압을 인가하는 것을 포함하는 액정 표시 장치의 제조 방법.

- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 프리틸트용 전압을 인가하는 것은제2 전압 인가 구간에서 상기 전압 레벨이 소정의 슬로프(slope)를 갖고 점차 증가하는 제2 프리틸트용 전압을 인가하는 것을 더 포함하는 액정 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 배향 보조제는 UV 모노머(monomer)를 포함하는 액정 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제5 항에 있어서,상기 배향 보조제를 경화시키는 것은 상기 배향 보조제에 UV를 조사하는 것을 포함하는 액정 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 UV 모노머는 상기 액정을 기준으로 0중량%를 초과하고 1중량% 이하인 액정 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 표시판을 제공하는 것은제1 절연 기판을 제공하고,상기 제1 절연 기판 상에 컬러 필터, 블랙 매트릭스, 화소 전극 및 제1 배향막을 형성하는 것을 포함하고,상기 제2 표시판을 제공하는 것은제2 절연 기판을 제공하고,상기 제2 절연 기판 상에 공통 전극 및 제2 배향막을 형성하는 것을 포함하는 액정 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제8 항에 있어서,상기 화소 전극은 다수의 미세 전극과 상기 미세 전극 사이에 형성된 다수의 미세 슬릿을 포함할 때,상기 화소 전극을 형성하는 것은상기 제1 절연 기판 상에 화소 전극용 도전막을 형성하고, 상기 화소 전극용 도전막을 패터닝하여 상기 다수의 미세 전극 및 상기 다수의 미세 슬릿 을 형성하는 것을 더 포함하는 액정 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 배향 보조제는 UV 모노머(monomer)를 포함하고,상기 배향 보조제를 경화시키는 것은 상기 제2 표시판 상부에서 제2 표시판을 향해 UV를 조사하는 것인 액정 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 표시판을 제공하는 것은제1 절연 기판을 제공하고,상기 제1 절연 기판 상에 화소 전극 및 제1 배향막을 형성하는 것을 포함하고,상기 제2 표시판을 제공하는 것은제2 절연 기판을 제공하고,상기 제2 절연 기판 상에 컬러 필터, 블랙 매트릭스, 공통 전극 및 제2 배향막을 형성하는 것는 액정 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제11 항에 있어서,상기 화소 전극은 다수의 미세 전극과 상기 미세 전극 사이에 형성된 다수의 미세 슬릿을 포함할 때,상기 화소 전극을 형성하는 것은상기 제1 절연 기판 상에 화소 전극용 도전막을 형성하고, 상기 화소 전극용 도전막을 패터닝하여 상기 다수의 미세 전극 및 상기 다수의 미세 슬릿 을 형성하는 것을 더 포함하는 액정 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
- 컬러 필터, 블랙 매트릭스, 화소 전극 및 제1 배향막이 형성된 제1 표시판을 제공하고,공통 전극 및 제2 배향막이 형성된 제2 표시판을 제공하고,상기 제1 및 제2 표시판 사이에 액정 및 반응성 모노머를 개재하고,상기 제1 및 제2 표시판에 전압 레벨이 증가하는 프리틸트용 전압을 인가하고,상기 제2 표시판 상부에서 제2 표시판을 향해 광을 조사하여 상기 반응성 모노머를 경화시키는 것을 포함하되,상기 프리틸트용 전압을 인가하는 것은제1 전압 구간에서 상기 전압 레벨이 계단형으로 점차 증가하는 제1 프리틸트용 전압을 인가하는 것을 포함하는 액정 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
