Claims (22)
- 적어도
a) ㆍ1013 hPa의 압력에서 45℃ 내지 80℃의 범위의 비점을 갖는 하나 이상의 지방족 탄화수소를 50 중량% 이상으로 포함하는 공통 지방족 매체, 및
ㆍ이소부텐 및 이소프렌을 포함하고 기타 공중합성 단량체를 하나 이상 포함하거나 포함하지 않는 단량체 혼합물
을, 40:60 내지 99:1의 단량체 혼합물 대 공통 지방족 매체의 질량비로 포함하는 반응 매체를 제공하는 단계;
b) 반응 매체 내에서 단량체 혼합물을 중합시켜, 공통 지방족 매체 및 단량체 혼합물의 잔여 단량체를 포함하는 매체에 70 중량% 이상 용해되는 고무 중합체를 포함하는 고무 용액을 형성시키는 단계;
c) 증류에 의해 단량체 혼합물의 잔여 단량체를 고무 용액으로부터 분리하여 고무 및 공통 지방족 매체를 포함하는 분리된 고무 용액을 형성시키는 단계; 및
d) 분리된 고무 용액 내의 고무를, 산화제에 의해 적어도 부분적으로 재생되는 브로민화제를 사용하여 브로민화시키는 단계
를 포함하는 브로민화 고무의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 단량체 혼합물이 80.0 중량% 내지 99.9 중량%의 범위의 이소부텐 및 0.1 중량% 내지 20.0 중량%의 범위의 이소프렌을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 공통 지방족 매체가, 1013 hPa의 압력에서 45℃ 내지 80℃의 범위의 비점을 갖는 하나 이상의 지방족 탄화수소를 80 중량% 이상으로 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 공통 지방족 매체가 25 중량% 미만의 시클릭 지방족 탄화수소 함량을 갖는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 공통 지방족 매체가 2.5 중량% 미만의 시클로헥산 함량을 갖는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단계 b)의 공정 온도가 -100℃ 내지 -40℃의 범위인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 브로민화 전에 측정된 고무의 중량 평균 분자량이 200 내지 1000 ㎏/mol의 범위인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 반응을 중합 반응기에서 수행하고, 중합 반응기의 배출구에서의 용액의 점도가 2000 cP 미만인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단계 b)에 따라 수득되는 고무 용액의 고체 함량이 3 내지 25%의 범위인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 브로민화제로서 분자 브로민을 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 사용되는 브로민화제의 양이 고무의 0.1 내지 20 중량%의 범위인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 산화제가 과산화물 및 과산화물 형성 물질로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 산화제를 계면활성제와 함께 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 산화제가 과산화수소인 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물 내의 과산화수소 대 물의 중량비가 1:100 미만인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 사용되는 산화제의 양이 브로민화제의 mol 당 산화제 0.2 내지 5 mol인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 산화제를 브로민화제의 첨가와 동시에 또는 그 전에 첨가하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단계 d)에서 수득되는 브로민화 고무를 경화시키는 것을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
