본 발명은 발수도, 내수도, 내한굴곡성, 치수변화율, 블로킹성 및 세탁, 일광 등의 각종 견뢰도가 우수함과 동시에 국방규격서 KDC 8305-R0011-1에 명시된 파장별 근적외선 영역별 반사율을 만족하여 위장효과가 뛰어나고, 제조공정이 간소화되고 제조원가가 저렴한 효과가 있다.

Claims (6)
- (i) 국방규격서 KDC 8305-R0011-1에 명시된 근적외선 영역별 반사율을 만족하도록 위장 날염된 원단(A);
(ⅱ) 상기 원단(A)상에 습식코팅방식으로 형성되어, 폴리우레탄 수지 100 중량부를 기준으로 수분산성 TiO2 10~14중량부를 함유하는 폴리우레탄 접착층(B);
(ⅲ) 상기 폴리우레탄 접착층(B) 상에 습식코팅 방식으로 형성되어, 폴리우레탄 수지 100중량부 기준으로 쿠퍼 프탈로시안 피그멘트(Copper phthalocyanine pigment) 4~6중량부를 함유하는 제1폴리우레탄 코팅층(C); 및
(ⅳ) 상기 제1폴리우레탄 코팅층(C) 상에 건식코팅 방식으로 형성되어 폴리우레탄 수지 100중량부를 기준으로 용제형 TiO2 15~25중량부를 함유하는 제2폴리우레탄 코팅층(D)으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방수성이 우수한 위장날염 천막덮개 원단. - 제1항에 있어서, 위장 날염된 원단(A)은 천연섬유사, 합성섬유사 및 천연섬유사와 합성섬유의 혼방사 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 원사로 제직된 것을 특징으로 하는 방수성이 우수한 위장날염 천막덮개 원단.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 접착층(B)의 단위면적당 중량은 3~5g/㎡이고, 제1폴리우레탄 코팅층(C)의 단위면적당 중량은 20~25g/㎡이고, 제2폴리우레탄 코팅층(D)의 단위면적당 중량은 25~30g/㎡인 것을 특징으로 하는 방수성이 우수한 위장날염 천막덮개 원단.
- (i) 국방규격서 KDC 8305-R0011-1에 명시된 근적외선 영역별 반사율을 만족하도록 위장 날염된 원단(A);
(ⅱ) 상기 원단(A)상에 습식코팅방식으로 형성되어, 폴리우레탄 수지 100 중량부를 기준으로 수분산성 TiO2 10~14중량부를 함유하는 폴리우레탄 접착층(B);
(ⅲ) 상기 폴리우레탄 접착층(B) 상에 습식코팅 방식으로 형성되어, 폴리우레탄 수지 100중량부 기준으로 쿠퍼 프탈로시안 피그멘트(Copper phthalocyanine pigment) 4~6중량부를 함유하는 제1폴리우레탄 코팅층(C); 및
(ⅳ) 상기 제1폴리우레탄 코팅층(C) 상에 건식코팅 방식으로 형성되어 폴리우레탄 수지 100중량부를 기준으로 용제형 TiO2 15~25중량부를 함유하는 제2폴리우레탄 코팅층(D)으로 구성되어,
KS K 0590 방법으로 측정한 초기발수도가 5급이고,
KS K ISO 6330(B2) 방법으로 5회 세탁후 KS K 0590 방법으로 측정한 발수도가 3급 이상이고,
KS K 0535 방법으로 측정한 경사방향의 인열강도가 1,700cN 이상이고, 위사방향의 인열강도가 1,600cN 이상이고,
KS K 0591의 저수압법으로 측정한 내수도가 10,000㎜H2O 이상이고,
KS M 6893(-20℃에서 40,000회) 방법으로 측정한 내한굴곡성이 5,000㎜H2O 이상이고,
KS K ISO 5077 방법으로 측정한 치수변화율은 경사방향 및 위사방향 모두 ±2% 이내 이고,
KS K 0760 방법으로 측정한 블로킹성이 4급 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 방수성이 우수한 위장날염 천막덮개 원단. - 제4항에 있어서, 위장 날염된 원단(A)의 경사 및 위사가 고강력 원사인 것을 특징으로 하는 방수성이 우수한 위장날염 천막덮개 원단.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, KS K 0700 방법으로 측정한 일광견뢰도, KS K 0430 방법으로 측정한 세탁견뢰도, KS K 0715 방법으로 측정한 땀 견뢰도 및 KS K 0650 방법으로 측정한 마찰견뢰도 모두가 각각 4.5급 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 방수성이 우수한 위장날염 천막덮개 원단.
