Description
Claims (11)
- 방송국으로부터 전송된 TS를 수신하여 적어도 하나 이상의 실제 비트 열로 분리하는 방송신호처리부;상기 분리된 비트 열들을 조합하여 TS 재생파일과 EPG 정보를 포함하는 EPG 정보파일을 생성하는 파일생성 및 가공부;상기 생성된 TS 재생파일과 EPG 정보파일을 임시로 저장하고, 신규 TS 재생파일 및 신규 EPG 정보파일이 수신되면 기저장된 상기 TS 재생파일 및 EPG 정보파일을 업데이트하여 저장하는 임시저장부; 및저장부를 포함하고,상기 파일생성 및 가공부는,상기 TS 재생파일 및 상기 EPG 정보파일에 대한 업데이트가 완료되면 최종 업데이트된 상기 TS 재생파일 및 상기 EPG 정보파일을 하나의 녹화 TS 파일로 가공하며,상기 저장부는,상기 가공된 녹화 TS 파일을 저장하는 디지털 방송 수신 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,사용자에 의해 발생된 제어신호들로 상기 TS 녹화 파일을 제어하기 위한 제어부; 및상기 제어부에 의해 제어된 TS 녹화 파일을 디스플레이하기 위한 디스플레이부를 더 포함하는, 디지털 방송 수신 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 방송신호처리부는,상기 TS 수신 시 동기(Sync)를 맞추기 위한 튜너;상기 수신된 TS로부터 실제 비트 열의 TS를 획득하기 위한 복조기; 및상기 실제 비트 열의 TS를 각각의 오디오/비디오 스트림과 EPG 정보로 분리하기 위한 역 다중화기를 포함하는, 디지털 방송 수신 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 파일생성 및 가공부는 상기 임시저장부에 임시로 저장되어 있는 최종 업데이트된 TS 재생파일과 최종 누적된 EPG 정보파일을 이용하여 하나의 녹화 TS 파일로 가공하는, 디지털 방송 수신 장치.
- 실제 TS 파일을 수신하는 단계(a);상기 수신된 실제 TS 파일을 분리하여 분석한 후 TS 재생파일과 EPG 정보파일로 생성하는 단계(b);상기 생성된 TS 재생파일 및 EPG 정보파일을 각각 임시저장부에 일시적으로 저장하되, 신규 TS 재생파일 및 신규 EPG 정보파일이 수신되면 기저장된 상기 TS 재생파일 및 상기 EPG 정보파일을 업데이트하여 저장하는 단계(c); 및상기 TS 재생파일 및 상기 EPG 정보파일에 대한 업데이트가 완료되면 최종 업데이트된 상기 TS 재생파일 및 상기 EPG 정보파일을 하나의 녹화 TS 파일로 가공하여 저장하는 단계(d)를 포함하는, 녹화된 TS 파일의 EPG 인지 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 (a) 단계는,사용자에 의해 채널이 선택되는 단계; 및상기 선택된 채널로부터 전송되는 실제 TS 파일을 수신하는 단계를 포함하는, 녹화된 TS 파일의 EPG 인지 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 (b) 단계는,상기 수신된 실제 TS 파일을 역 다중화기(demultiplexer)를 통해 비디오 비트 스트림, 오디오 비트 스트림, PIS 섹션 및 PSIP 섹션으로 분리하는 단계; 및상기 분리된 데이터로부터 TS 재생파일 및 EPG 정보파일을 생성하는 단계를 포함하는, 녹화된 TS 파일의 EPG 인지 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 TS 재생파일을 생성하는 단계는,상기 비디오 비트 스트림을 디코딩하여 영상데이터를 생성하는 단계;상기 오디오 비트 스트림을 디코딩하여 음성데이터를 생성하는 단계; 및상기 영상/음성 데이터를 조합하는 단계를 포함하는, 녹화된 TS 파일의 EPG 인지 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 EPG 정보파일을 생성하는 단계는,상기 분리된 PIS 섹션과 PSIP 섹션을 분석하는 단계;상기 분석된 데이터로부터 EPG 정보를 추출하는 단계; 및상기 추출된 데이터를 조합하는 단계를 포함하는, 녹화된 TS 파일의 EPG 인 지 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 (c) 단계는,상기 생성된 TS 재생파일 및 EPG 정보파일을 임시로 저장하는 단계;신규 TS 재생파일 또는 신규 EPG 정보파일 유무를 판단하는 단계;, 및상기 신규 TS 재생파일이 존재할 경우 임시로 기장된 상기 TS 재생파일을 업데이트 하여 다시 임시적으로 저장하거나 상기 신규 EPG 정보파일이 존재할 경우 임시로 기정된 상기 EPG 정보파일을 계속 누적하여 다시 임시로 저장하는 단계를 포함하는, 녹화된 TS 파일의 EPG 인지 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 (d) 단계는,녹화의 종료 또는 중단 여부를 판단하는 단계;녹화 종료 또는 중단되었을 경우 상기 최종 업데이트된 TS 재생파일과 상기 최종 누적된 EPG 정보파일을 하나의 녹화 TS 파일로 가공하는 단계; 및상기 녹화 TS 파일을 저장하는 단계를 포함하는, 녹화된 TS 파일의 EPG 인지 방법.
