Abstract

본 발명은 녹화된 TS 파일의 EPG를 인지하는 방법 및 그 장치로서, 특히, 다수의 방송국으로부터 전송되는 각 디지털 방송 콘텐츠(방송 프로그램)를 녹화할 때 해당 방송 콘텐츠에 대한 각 해당 EPG 정보들을 누적하여 저장함으로써 녹화된 TS 파일의 EPG를 이용해 녹화된 방송 콘텐츠를 미리 인지할 수 있도록 하기 위한 방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다.

녹화된 ＴＳ파일의 ＥＰＧ 인지 방법 및 장치{Method and Apparatus for displaying EPG in the recorded TS files}
본 발명은 녹화된 TS 파일의 EPG를 인지하는 방법 및 그 장치로서, 특히, 다수의 방송국으로부터 전송되는 각 디지털 방송 콘텐츠(방송 프로그램)를 녹화할 때 해당 방송 콘텐츠에 대한 각 해당 EPG 정보들을 누적하여 저장함으로써 녹화된 TS 파일의 EPG를 이용해 녹화된 방송 콘텐츠를 미리 인지할 수 있도록 하기 위한 방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다.
요즘 우리의 일상 생활에 디지털 방송이 점차 확산되면서 사용자들은 단순히 잡음이나 화면 떨림 없는 TV 시청만이 아닌 디지털 방송만의 특징으로 인한 다양한 부가서비스에 대한 요구 또한 점차 높아지고 있다.
이러한 디지털 방송의 대표적인 특징 중 하나가 EPG(Electric Program Guide) 정보를 제공한다는 것인데, EPG란 쉽게 말하면 '방송 프로그램 편성표'를 의미한다. 이러한 EPG 정보들은 디지털 방송을 전송해 주는 방송국들의 전송량 또는 전송 방법에 따라 그 프로그램의 방송시간, 프로그램 제목 및 채널과 같은 단순한 정보에서부터 프로그램의 상세정보(예를 들어, 드라마의 등장인물, 줄거리, 시 대 배경 등)는 물론 심지어 TV 또는 광고 시청 중 인터넷과 연계한 정보 획득 및 전자상거래까지 그 영역은 더욱 확장될 수 있다.
상술한 여러 부가서비스 중에서도, 본 발명에서는 녹화된 TS 파일의 EPG 인지 방법에 대해 하기에 자세히 논의될 것이다. 우선 종래의 녹화된 TS 파일의 EPG 인지 방법을 먼저 살펴보기로 하자.
도 1은 본 발명의 종래 방법에 따른 실제 TS 파일과 이의 녹화된 TS 파일 재생 시 제공되는 EPG 정보를 나타내는 도면이다. 도 1을 참조하면, MBC->EBS->SBS->...->KBS 순으로 여러 번 채널 변경을 하여 녹화되었음을 알 수 있을 것이다. 상기 채널 변경 시점이 각 방송 콘텐츠가 끝나는 시점이라고 가정한다면, 사용자는 3시간의 방송시청 동안 적어도 7개 이상의 EPG 정보파일을 획득할 수 있을 것이다. 그러나 종래에는 TS 재생파일과 획득된 7개의 EPG 정보파일이 각각 서로 다른 저장부에 따로 저장되도록 되어 있다. 그에 따라 소정의 TS 재생파일 실행 시 오로지 현재 재생중인(시청중인) 시점의 방송 콘텐츠에 대한 EPG 정보파일만을 제공할 수 있다.
도 2는 본 발명의 종래 방법에 따른 녹화된 TS 파일의 EPG 인지 방법을 나타내는 흐름도이다. 도 2를 참조하면, 사용자에 의해 채널이 선택되는 단계(S201), 상기 선택된 채널로부터 전송되는 실제 TS 파일을 수신하는 단계(S203), 상기 수신된 실제 TS 파일을 역 다중화기(demultiplexer)를 통해 비디오 비트 스트림, 오디오 비트 스트림, PIS 섹션 및 PSIP 섹션으로 분리하는 단계(S205), 상기 분리된 비디오 비트 스트림 또는 오디오 비트 스트림 또는 둘 모두로 구성되는 TS 재생파일 을 생성하는 단계(도시하지 않음), 및 상기 분리된 상기 PIS 섹션과 PSIP 섹션은 분석기(analyzer)를 통해 파싱(parsing)한 후 EPG 정보를 추출하여 EPG 정보파일을 생성하는 단계(도시하지 않음), 상기 생성된 EPG 정보파일의 존재 여부를 판단하는 단계(S207), 상기 EPG 정보파일이 존재할 경우, EPG 정보 저장부에 상기 EPG 정보파일을 저장하는 단계(S209), 상기 생성된 TS 재생파일의 가공여부를 판단하는 단계(S211), 상기 생성된 TS 재생파일의 가공이 필요할 경우, 상기 TS 재생파일을 디스플레이 하기 적합한 비디오/오디오 비트 스트림으로 가공하여(S213) 녹화 TS 파일로 저장하는 단계(S215)를 포함할 수 있으며, 상기 TS 재생파일의 가공이 필요 없는 경우, 바로 녹화 TS 파일로 저장하는 단계(S215)를 포함할 수 있다. 상기 단계들(S209 및 S215)에서, 상기 획득된 EPG 정보파일 및 녹화 TS 파일은 서로 다른 저장부에 각각 저장된다. 따라서 상술한 바와 같이 상기 녹화 TS 파일을 재생하면 상기 저장된 다수의 EPG 정보파일들로부터 현재 재생중인 방송 콘텐츠에 해당하는 EPG 정보파일만을 불러와 사용자에게 EPG 정보를 제공하게 된다.
이러한 종래 녹화된 TS 파일의 EPG 인지 방법은 상기 TS 재생파일과 상기 EPG 정보파일을 각각 따로 저장하는 것으로 인해 파일 보관 및 관리의 어려움이 따르며 만에 하나 EPG 정보파일의 분실 시 상기 TS 재생파일 만으론 EPG 정보를 제공할 수 없다는 단점이 있다.
또한, 사용자가 방송국으로부터 전송되는 실제 TS 파일을 녹화하고자 할 때 정확히 사용자가 원하는 한 프로만 녹화되는 것은 아니며, 녹화하고자 하는 방송 콘텐츠의 앞뒤로 원치 않는 방송(이를 테면, 광고 및 다음 방송 콘텐츠의 예고 등) 이 함께 녹화될 수 있고, 만약 녹화 시간을 놓치게 된 경우엔 녹화하고자 하는 방송 콘텐츠의 일부가 누락될 수 있거나, 또는 녹화 중 채널 업/다운을 통해 서로 다른 채널의 방송이 녹화될 수도 있다. 이렇게 보통 하나의 TS 재생파일에는 적어도 하나 이상의 EPG 정보파일이 요구된다. 이는 하나의 TS 재생파일 재생 시 현재 재생중인 시점의 방송 콘텐츠에 대한 EPG 정보만을 제공하기 때문에 상기 하나의 TS 재생파일에 저장된 모든 방송 콘텐츠를 인지하려면 처음부터 끝까지 모두 재생시켜야만 하며 이는 매우 비효율적이다.
본 발명의 목적은 TS 재생파일과 EPG 정보파일을 하나의 파일로 가공하여 제공함으로써 재생 전 해당 파일에 녹화된 방송 콘텐츠에 대한 EPG 정보를 디스플레이 함으로써 미리 인지할 수 있는, 녹화된 TS 파일의 EPG 인지 방법을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 다른 목적은 하나의 TS 재생파일에 하나 이상의 EPG 정보파일이 요구될 때 상기 하나 이상의 EPG 정보파일을 누적하여 저장함으로써 하나의 TS 재생파일에 녹화된 하나 이상의 방송 콘텐츠에 대한 모든 EPG 정보들을 디스플레이 함으로써 미리 인지할 수 있는, 녹화된 TS 파일의 EPG 인지 방법을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 또 다른 목적은 하나의 파일로 가공하여 제공함으로써, 녹화된 파일의 보관, 관리 및 효용도가 향상되어 보다 안전하고 정확한 파일을 제공할 수 있는, 녹화된 TS 파일의 EPG 인지 방법을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
상기 과제를 달성하기 위하여, 본 발명에 따른 녹화된 TS 파일의 EPG를 인지하는 디지털 방송 수신장치는, 방송국으로부터 전송된 TS를 수신하여 적어도 하나 이상의 실제 비트 열로 분리하는 방송신호처리부와, 상기 분리된 비트 열들을 조합하여 TS 재생파일과 EPG 정보를 포함하는 EPG 정보파일을 생성하거나 상기 TS 재생파일과 상기 EPG 정보파일을 하나의 녹화 TS 파일로 가공하는 파일생성 및 가공부 와, 상기 생성하거나 가공된 TS 재생파일과 EPG 정보파일을 임시로 저장하고 상기 TS 재생파일을 업데이트하거나 EPG 정보파일을 계숙 누적하여 다시 임시로 저장하는 임시저장부와, 그리고 상기 녹화 TS 파일을 저장하는 TS 파일 저장부를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 과제를 달성하기 위하여, 본 발명에 따른 녹화된 TS 파일의 EPG 인지 방법은, 실제 TS 파일을 수신하는 단계와, 상기 수신된 실제 TS 파일을 분리하여 분석한 후 TS 재생파일과 EPG 정보파일로 생성하는 단계와, 상기 생성된 TS 재생파일 및 EPG 정보파일을 각각 임시저장부에 일시적으로 저장하되, 상기 TS 재생파일은 실시간으로 업데이트되어 저장되고 상기 EPG 정보파일은 계속 누적되어 저장하는 단계와, 그리고 상기 임시 저장부에 각각 저장된 최종 업데이트된 TS 재생파일 및 최종 누적된 EPG 정보파일을 가공하여 하나의 녹화 TS 파일로 저장하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 녹화된 TS 파일의 EPG 인지 방법에 따르면 다음과 같은 효과가 하나 혹은 그 이상 있다.
본 발명에 따른 녹화된 TS 파일의 EPG 인지 방법은 녹화된 TS 파일의 최종 누적된 EPG 정보파일만 확인하여도 해당 파일에 녹화된 모든 방송 콘텐츠들에 대한 인지가 쉽게 가능하며, 최종 누적된 EPG 정보파일 이외의 다른 파일을 사용하지 않으므로 파일의 보관 및 관리를 용이하게 하는 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 녹화된 TS 파일의 EPG 인지 방법은 사용자가 따로 추 가적 테이블을 설계할 필요 없이 기존 ATSC/DVB 등의 표준을 이용하여 간단히 구현할 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다.
본 발명의 이점 및 특징, 그리고 그것들을 달성하는 방법은 첨부되는 도면과 함께 상세하게 후술되어 있는 실시예들을 참조하면 명확해질 것이다.

그러나 본 발명은 이하에서 개시되는 실시예들에 한정되는 것이 아니라 서로 다른 다양한 형태로 구현될 수 있으며, 단지 본 실시예들은 본 발명의 개시가 완전하도록 하고, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 발명의 범주를 완전하게 알려주기 위해 제공되는 것이며, 본 발명은 청구항의 범주에 의해 정의될 뿐이다.
그러면 본 발명에 따른 녹화된 TS 파일의 EPG 인지 방법을 설명하기 위해, 먼저 EPG 정보를 포함하고 있는 방송파, 즉, 전송 스트림(Transport Stream: TS)이 만들어지는 과정 및 이러한 TS에서 EPG 데이터를 추출하는 방법을 간략히 설명하기로 한다.
우리가 시청하는 디지털 방송은 비디오/오디오 데이터를 포함하는 영상 데이 터가 디지털 방송의 실제 데이터인 TS로 변환되어 전송된 것이다. 여기서 TS(Transport Stream)란 방송파 또는 전송 스트림이라 칭하는 것으로서, 디지털 방송을 전송하는 실제 데이터들의 연속적인 모임을 뜻한다.
이러한 TS는 일련의 TS 패킷으로 구성되며 TS 패킷들의 각 길이는 188 바이트로 일정하다. 상기 TS 파일이 생성되는 과정을 살펴보면, 실제 영상 및 음성 데이터가 소정의 인코더에 의해 각각 인코딩되는데 이것을 ES(Elementary Stream)라고 하며, 상기 각 ES는 패킷타이저(packetizer)를 통해 일정하지 않은 크기, 즉, 가변적 크기로 잘라낸 후 헤더를 추가하여 PES(Packetized Elementary Stream) 패킷으로 변환한다. 이 PES 패킷을 고정된 크기로 잘라내고 헤더를 붙여 TS 패킷으로 변환한다(헤더 포함하여 188 바이트). 이렇게 생성된 TS를 주파수에 실어 전송함으로써 디지털 방송을 구현할 수 있다.
상기와 같이 생성된 TS는 ATSC, DVB 표준과 같은 디지털 방송 포맷으로 압축되어 DTV 또는 셋톱박스와 같은 수신장치로 전송되는데, 이때 전송되는 TS에는 비디오/오디오 ES 포함하는 PES 패킷 뿐만 아니라 상기 ATSC, DVB 등의 표준 통한 PSI과 PSIP 섹션을 함께 포함하고 있다. 여기서 비디오/오디오 ES를 포함하는 PES 패킷으로부터 방송 콘텐츠 파일(이를 테면, 동영상 파일 등)(이하 'TS 재생파일'이라 칭함)이 만들어지며 상기 PSI 및 PSIP 섹션으로부터 해당 방송 콘텐츠에 대한 EPG 정보를 제공하는 파일(이하 'EPG 정보파일'이라 칭함)이 만들어진다.
이제부터 본 발명에 따른 녹화된 TS 파일의 EPG 인지 방법 및 그 녹화 장치에 대해 상세히 설명하기로 한다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 녹화된 TS 파일의 EPG 인지하기 위한 디지털 방송 수신장치의 기능 블록도이다. 도 3을 참조하면, 본 발명에 따른 상기 디지털 방송 수신장치(300)는 방송신호처리부(301), 파일생성 및 가공부(303), 임시저장부(305), TS파일 저장부(307), 제어부(309), 및 디스플레이부(311) 등을 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
상기 방송신호처리부(301)는 튜너, 복조기(demodulator), 역 다중화기(demultiplexer) 등을 포함할 수 있는데, 소정의 방송국으로부터 전송되는 실제 TS가 수신되면 상기 튜너를 통해 동기(Sync)를 맞추고 상기 복조기를 통해 실제 비트 열의 TS를 획득하여 상기 역 다중화기를 통해 비디오 비트 스트림, 오디오 비트 스트림, PSI(Program Specific Information), 및 PSIP(Program and System Information Protocol) 등으로 분리할 수 있다.
상기 분리된 비디오/오디오 비트 스트림은 디코더를 통하여 영상/음성 데이터를 각각 획득하고, 상기 분리된 PSI 및 PSIP는 분석기를 통하여 EPG 데이터베이스(DB)를 구축할 수 있으며 이를 바탕으로 해당 방송 콘텐츠에 대한 EPG 정보를 획득할 수 있다.
상기 파일생성 및 가공부(303)는 상기 디코더와 상기 분석기를 거쳐 획득된 데이터를 바탕으로 해당 방송 콘텐츠를 재생하기 위한 TS 재생파일과 해당 EPG 정보를 제공하기 위한 EPG 정보파일을 생성할 수 있다. 여기서 상기 TS 재생파일은 적어도 하나의 영상 데이터, 적어도 하나의 음성 데이터, 또는 둘 모두를 포함하여 생성될 수 있으며, 상기 EPG 정보파일은 상기 PSI/PSIP로부터 분석된 데이터에 기 초하여 생성될 수 있다. 이렇게 생성된 상기 TS 재생파일 및 EPG 정보파일은 상기 임시저장부(305)에 저장되며, 상기 파일생성 및 가공부로부터 새로 생성된 신규 TS 재생파일 및 신규 EPG 정보파일은 상기 임시저장부(305)에 기저장된 TS 재생파일 및 EPG 정보파일에 업데이트되거나 누적되어 다시 상기 임시저장부(305)에 일시적으로 저장된다.
또한, 상기 파일생성 및 가공부(303)는 만약 녹화가 종료되거나 중단되는 경우 더 이상 신규 TS 재생파일 및 신규 EPG 정보파일이 발생 되지 않으면, 상기 임시저장부(305)로부터 최종 업데이트된 TS 재생파일 및 최종 누적된 EPG 정보파일은 소정의 가공방법을 거쳐 하나의 녹화 TS 파일로 가공되며, 이를 TS 파일 저장부(307)에 저장한다. 상기 TS 파일 저장부에 저장된 다수의 녹화 TS 파일 중 사용자에 의해 임의의 녹화 TS 파일이 실행되면 TS 재생파일에 의해 음향장치/영상장치로 녹화된 방송 컨텐츠가 출력되며, EPG 정보파일에 의해 현재 재생중인 방송 컨텐츠의 해당 EPG 정보가 화면에 출력될 수 있다.
상기 임시저장부(305)는 상술한 바와 같이, 상기 파일생성 및 가공부(303)로부터 생성된 각 TS 재생파일과 EPG 정보파일를 일시적으로 저장하며, 또한 실시간으로 전송되는 신규 TS 재생파일 및 신규 EPG 정보파일을 계속 업데이트하거나 누적하여 다시 여기에 일시적으로 저장한다. 이러한 파일 업데이트 또는 누적은 해당 디지털 방송의 녹화가 종료되거나 중단될 때까지 계속된다.
상기 TS 파일 저장부(307)은 상술한 바와 같이 상기 파일생성 및 가공부(303)로부터 가공된 녹화 TS 파일을 저장한다. 상기 TS 파일 저장부(307)에는 다 수의 녹화 TS 파일이 존재할 수 있다.
상기 제어부(309)는 사용자에 의해 리모트 컨트롤러의 제어버튼 또는 방송 수신장치에 마련된 기타 제어수단을 통하여 발생된 제어신호를 제어한다. 사용자는 상기 제어부(309)를 통해 상기 TS 파일 저장부(307)에 저장된 다수의 녹화 TS 파일들 중 어느 하나를 선택하거나 재생 또는 정지시킬 수 있다.
상기 디스플레이부(311)는 사용자에 의해 제어된 신호를 화면과 같은 디스플레이 수단에 출력한다. 또한, 만약 사용자가 파일을 재생시키지 않더라도 상기 다수의 녹화 TS 파일들에 포함된 EPG 정보들을 모두 디스플레이 하도록 구성할 수도 있다. 따라서, 녹화 TS 파일을 실행시키지 않고도 그 파일에 녹화된 모든 방송 컨텐츠들을 미리 인지할 수 있다.
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 녹화된 TS 파일의 EPG 인지 방법을 나타내는 흐름도이다. 도 4을 참조하면, 본 발명에 따른 녹화된 TS 파일의 EPG 인지 방법은, 크게 실제 TS 파일을 수신하는 단계(S401), 상기 수신된 실제 TS 파일을 분리하여 분석한 후 TS 재생파일과 EPG 정보파일로 생성하는 단계(S403), 상기 생성된 TS 재생파일 및 EPG 정보파일을 각각 임시저장부에 일시적으로 저장하되, 상기 TS 재생파일은 실시간으로 업데이트되어 저장되고 상기 EPG 정보파일은 계속 누적되어 저장하는 단계(S405), 및 상기 임시 저장부에 각각 저장된 최종 업데이트된 TS 재생파일 및 최종 누적된 EPG 정보파일을 가공하여 하나의 녹화 TS 파일로 저장하는 단계(S407)를 포함할 수 있다.
도 5는 본 발명에 따른 본 발명에 따른 녹화된 TS 파일의 EPG 인지 방법인, 도 4의 각 단계를 세분하여 나타낸 흐름도이다.
도 5를 참조하면, 상기 단계(S401)는, 사용자에 의해 채널이 선택되는 단계(S501), 및 상기 선택된 채널로부터 전송되는 실제 TS 파일을 수신하는 단계(S503)를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 단계(S403)는, 상기 수신된 실제 TS 파일을 역 다중화기(demultiplexer)를 통해 비디오 비트 스트림, 오디오 비트 스트림, PIS 섹션 및 PSIP 섹션으로 분리하는 단계(S505), 및 상기 분리된 데이터로부터 TS 재생파일 및 EPG 정보파일을 생성하는 단계(S507)를 포함할 수 있다.
이때 상기 단계(S505)에서, TS 재생파일을 생성하는 단계는 상기 비디오 비트 스트림을 디코딩하여 영상데이터를 생성하는 단계, 상기 오디오 비트 스트림을 디코딩하여 음성데이터를 생성하는 단계, 및 상기 생성된 영상/음성 데이터를 조합하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다. 또한, 상기 단계(S505)에서, EPG 정보파일을 생성하는 단계는, 상기 분리된 PIS 섹션과 PSIP 섹션을 분석하는 단계, 상기 분석된 데이터로부터 EPG 정보를 추출하는 단계, 및 상기 추출된 데이터를 조합하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 단계(S405)는, 상기 생성된 TS 재생파일 및 EPG 정보파일을 임시로 저장하는 단계(도시하지 않음), 신규 TS 재생파일 또는 신규 EPG 정보파일 유무를 판단하는 단계(S509), 및 상기 신규 TS 재생파일이 존재할 경우 임시로 기장된 상기 TS 재생파일을 업데이트 하여 다시 임시로 저장하거나 상기 신규 EPG 정보파일이 존재할 경우 임시로 기정된 상기 EPG 정보파일을 계속 누적하여 다시 임시로 저장 하는 단계(S511)를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 단계(S407)은, 녹화의 종료 또는 중단 여부를 판단하는 단계(S513), 녹화 종료 또는 중단되었을 경우 상기 최종 업데이트된 TS 재생파일과 상기 최종 누적된 EPG 정보파일을 하나의 녹화 TS 파일로 가공하는 단계(S515), 및 상기 녹화 TS 파일을 저장하는 단계(S517)을 포함할 수 있다.
상술한 바와 같이 하나의 녹화 TS 파일에는 최종 업데이트된 TS 재생파일 하나에 적어도 하나 이상의 EPG 정보가 누적된 EPG 정보파일을 포함하고 있다. 이는 다시 말해, TS 재생파일과 EPG 정보파일을 각각 따로 저장할 필요가 없이 하나의 파일에 포함되므로 파일 관리를 보다 간편하고 용이하게 할 수 있음을 이해할 수 있을 것이다.
또한, 상기 녹화 TS 파일에 포함되어 있는 적어도 하나 이상의 EPG 정보가 누적된 최종 EPG 정보파일을 디스플레이할 수 있도록 화면을 구성한다면, 사용자는 녹화된 파일을 실행하지 않고도 상기 파일에 녹화된 방송 콘텐츠를 미리 인지할 수 있을 것이다.
본 발명의 실시예에서 사용되는 '~부'라는 용어는 소프트웨어 또는 FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array) 또는 ASIC(Application Specific Integrated Circuit)와 같은 하드웨어 구성요소를 의미하며, '~부'는 어떤 역할들을 수행한다.
그렇지만 '~부'는 소프트웨어 또는 하드웨어에 한정되는 의미는 아니다.
'~부'는 어드레싱할 수 있는 저장 매체에 있도록 구성될 수도 있고 하나 또는 그 이상의 프로세서들을 재생시키도록 구성될 수도 있다.
따라서, 일 예로서 '~부'는 소프트웨어 구성요소들, 객체지향 소프트웨어 구성요소들, 클래스 구성요소들 및 태스크 구성요소들과 같은 구성요소들과, 프로세스들, 함수들, 속성들, 프로시저들, 서브루틴들, 프로그램 코드의 세그먼트들, 드라이버들, 펌웨어, 마이크로코드, 회로, 데이터, 데이터베이스, 데이터 구조들, 테이블들, 어레이들, 및 변수들을 포함한다.

Claims (11)

  1. 방송국으로부터 전송된 TS를 수신하여 적어도 하나 이상의 실제 비트 열로 분리하는 방송신호처리부;
    상기 분리된 비트 열들을 조합하여 TS 재생파일과 EPG 정보를 포함하는 EPG 정보파일을 생성하는 파일생성 및 가공부;
    상기 생성된 TS 재생파일과 EPG 정보파일을 임시로 저장하고, 신규 TS 재생파일 및 신규 EPG 정보파일이 수신되면 기저장된 상기 TS 재생파일 및 EPG 정보파일을 업데이트하여 저장하는 임시저장부; 및
    저장부를 포함하고,
    상기 파일생성 및 가공부는,
    상기 TS 재생파일 및 상기 EPG 정보파일에 대한 업데이트가 완료되면 최종 업데이트된 상기 TS 재생파일 및 상기 EPG 정보파일을 하나의 녹화 TS 파일로 가공하며,

  9. 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 EPG 정보파일을 생성하는 단계는,
    상기 분리된 PIS 섹션과 PSIP 섹션을 분석하는 단계;
    상기 분석된 데이터로부터 EPG 정보를 추출하는 단계; 및
    상기 추출된 데이터를 조합하는 단계를 포함하는, 녹화된 TS 파일의 EPG 인 지 방법.
  10. 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 (c) 단계는,
    상기 생성된 TS 재생파일 및 EPG 정보파일을 임시로 저장하는 단계;
    신규 TS 재생파일 또는 신규 EPG 정보파일 유무를 판단하는 단계;, 및
    상기 신규 TS 재생파일이 존재할 경우 임시로 기장된 상기 TS 재생파일을 업데이트 하여 다시 임시적으로 저장하거나 상기 신규 EPG 정보파일이 존재할 경우 임시로 기정된 상기 EPG 정보파일을 계속 누적하여 다시 임시로 저장하는 단계를 포함하는, 녹화된 TS 파일의 EPG 인지 방법.
  11. 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 (d) 단계는,
    녹화의 종료 또는 중단 여부를 판단하는 단계;
    녹화 종료 또는 중단되었을 경우 상기 최종 업데이트된 TS 재생파일과 상기 최종 누적된 EPG 정보파일을 하나의 녹화 TS 파일로 가공하는 단계; 및
    상기 녹화 TS 파일을 저장하는 단계를 포함하는, 녹화된 TS 파일의 EPG 인지 방법.
