Description
도 2는 배기가스 처리장치용 담체 표면에 금속산화물 나노구조체를 형성하는 방법을 나타낸 흐름도이다.
도 3은 제조예 1에 따라 제조된 산화코발트 나노선 촉매의 SEM 이미지이다.
도 4는 제조예 2에 따라 제조된 표면에 산화코발트 나노선 촉매가 형성된 그물 구조망의 담체의 SEM 이미지이다.
도 5는 수열합성법을 이용하여 형성한 금속산화물 나노구조체들의 SEM 이미지들이다.

Claims (7)
- 내부에 배기가스 처리공간을 가지며, 일측에 배기가스 유입구가 구비되고, 타측에 배기가스 배출구가 구비된 하우징;
상기 배기가스 처리공간에 수용되는 담체; 및
상기 담체의 표면에 형성되며, 상기 배기가스 유입구로부터 유입된 배기가스를 처리하는 금속산화물 나노구조체 촉매를 포함하고,
상기 나노구조체는 나노선, 나노로드, 나노판, 나노파인 또는 나노벽 구조체인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 처리장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 배기가스는 CO, HC 또는 NOx를 포함하는 배기가스 처리장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 담체는 벌집 구조 또는 그물구조망 형태인 배기가스 처리장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 금속산화물은 비귀금속 물질의 산화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 처리장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 금속산화물은 산화코발트, 산화구리 또는 산화철을 포함하는 배기가스 처리장치. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 금속산화물 나노구조체 촉매는 수열합성법을 이용하여 상기 담체의 표면에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 처리장치.
