Claims (21)
- 고체 전해질 재료로서의 일반식 Li1+xAlxGe2―x(PO4)3 (0≤x≤2) 으로 나타내는 화합물과,
활물질 재료로서의 LiCoO2 를 구비하고,
상기 고체 전해질 재료와 상기 활물질 재료의 계면에는, X 선 회절법에 의해 분석했을 때에, 상기 고체 전해질 재료의 성분, 및 상기 활물질 재료의 성분 이외의 성분이 검출되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 소결체. - 고체 전해질 재료로서의 나시콘형 인산 화합물과,
활물질 재료로서의 하기 일반식 (2) 로 나타내는 천이 금속 산화물을 구비하고,
상기 고체 전해질 재료와 상기 활물질 재료의 계면에는, X 선 회절법에 의해 분석했을 때에, 상기 고체 전해질 재료의 성분, 및 상기 활물질 재료의 성분 이외의 성분이 검출되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 소결체.

(상기 일반식 (2) 중, M2 는 Ti 를 제외한 천이 금속 원소이고, 각각의 천이 금속 원소는 그 천이 금속 원소의 최대 가수를 가지며, 0≤y1, 0≤y2 이다) - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 활물질 재료는 Nb2O5 인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 소결체. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 활물질 재료는 WO3 인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 소결체. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 활물질 재료는 MoO3 인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 소결체. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 활물질 재료는 Ta2O5 인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 소결체. - 제 2 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 고체 전해질 재료는 하기 일반식 (3) 으로 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 소결체.

(상기 일반식 (3) 중, M3 은 Al, Y, Ga, 및 In 으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종, M4 는 Ti, Ge 및 Zr 로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종, 그리고 z 는 0≤z≤2 이다) - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 고체 전해질 재료는 Li1.5Al0.5Ge1.5(PO4)3 인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 소결체. - 제 1 항에 기재된 전지용 소결체를 제조하는 전지용 소결체의 제조 방법으로서, 상기 고체 전해질 재료로서의 비정질 인산 화합물 및 나시콘형 인산 화합물 중 어느 일방과, 상기 활물질 재료로서의 LiCoO2 를 포함하는 중간체를 준비하는 중간체 준비 공정과, 상기 중간체를 소결하는 소결 공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 소결체의 제조 방법.
- 제 2 항에 기재된 전지용 소결체를 제조하는 전지용 소결체의 제조 방법으로서, 상기 고체 전해질 재료로서의 비정질 인산 화합물 및 나시콘형 인산 화합물 중 어느 일방과, 상기 활물질 재료로서의 하기 일반식 (2) 로 나타내는 천이 금속 산화물을 함유하는 중간체를 준비하는 중간체 준비 공정과, 상기 중간체를 소결하는 소결 공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 소결체의 제조 방법.
