Claims (6)
- 산화구리 (Ⅰ) 에 의해 농축된 황산아연 용액으로부터 염화물을 제거하는 방법으로서,
측류가 황산아연 용액으로부터 취해져 냉각되고 (1) 그리고 염화물 제거 단계 (2) 로 보내지는 염화물 제거 방법에 있어서,
상기 염화물 제거 단계 (2) 를 나온 용액은 산화구리 (Ⅰ) 형성 단계 (4) 로 진행되고,
상기 염화물 제거 단계 (2) 는, 산화구리 (Ⅰ)(Cu20) 에 의해 실행되며, 이 산화구리는 상기 염화물 제거 단계 (2) 와는 별도의 상기 산화구리 (Ⅰ) 형성 단계 (4) 에서, 상기 산화구리 (Ⅰ) 형성 단계 (4) 에 공급된 황산아연 용액에 함유된 황산구리와 산화구리 (Ⅰ) 에 상기 산화구리 (Ⅰ) 형성 단계 (4) 에서 추가로 공급된 황산구리를 pH 4.5 ~ 5 의 범위에서 아연 분말에 의해 환원함으로써 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 황산아연 용액으로부터의 염화물 제거 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 염화물 제거 단계 (2) 를 나온 용액은 상기 산화구리 (I) 형성 단계 (4) 로 진행되기 전에 액체/고체 분리 단계 (3) 로 진행되고, 산화구리 (Ⅰ) 와 금속 구리를 포함하는 석출물과 염화나트륨 용액을 형성하기 위해서, 형성된 염화구리 잔류물이 수산화물 세정 단계 (6) 로 보내지는 것을 특징으로 하는 황산아연 용액으로부터의 염화물 제거 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 수산화물 세정 단계 (6) 를 나온 석출물은 황산 및 산소 함유 가스에 의해 구리 침출 단계 (8) 에서 침출되고, 형성된 산성의 황산구리 용액은 전체 또는 일부가 염화물 제거 단계 (2) 로 보내지는 것을 특징으로 하는 황산아연 용액으로부터의 염화물 제거 방법. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 구리 침출 단계 (8) 에서 형성된 황산구리 용액의 일부는 산화구리 (Ⅰ) 형성 단계 (4) 로 보내지는 것을 특징으로 하는 황산아연 용액으로부터의 염화물 제거 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 수산화물 세정 단계 (6) 를 나온 석출물의 일부는 산화구리 (Ⅰ) 형성 단계 (4) 로 보내지는 것을 특징으로 하는 황산아연 용액으로부터의 염화물 제거 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 산화구리 (Ⅰ) 형성 단계 (4) 의 pH 는 수산화나트륨에 의해 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 황산아연 용액으로부터의 염화물 제거 방법.
