Abstract
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 배기가스 연소 장치는, 엔진에 공급되는 공기가 통과하도록 구비된 공기 공급 통로; 상기 엔진의 배기가스를 배기통로에 전달하도록 구비된 배기매니폴드; 상기 공기 공급 통로를 통과하는 공기 중 일부가 상기 배기매니폴드에 공급되도록 상기 공기 공급 통로와 상기 배기매니폴드를 연결하는 공기 분사 통로; 및 상기 공기 분사 통로 상에 배치되고, 상기 공기 분사 통로를 선택적으로 개폐하는 공기 밸브; 를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 배기매니폴드에 공기가 공급됨에 따라 배기가스 중의 미연소 가스를 연소시킬 수 있다.

Claims (6)
- 엔진에 공급되는 공기가 통과하도록 구비된 공기 공급 통로;
상기 엔진의 배기가스를 배기통로에 전달하도록 구비된 배기매니폴드;
상기 공기 공급 통로를 통과하는 공기 중 일부가 상기 배기매니폴드에 공급되도록 상기 공기 공급 통로와 상기 배기매니폴드를 연결하는 공기 분사 통로;
상기 공기 분사 통로 상에 배치되고, 상기 공기 분사 통로를 선택적으로 개폐하는 공기 밸브; 및
상기 엔진의 배기가스가 상기 배기매니폴드로 배출되는 배기 타이밍을 제어하는 전자식 CVVT(continuous variable valve timing);
를 포함하되,
전기적으로 제어되는 상기 전자식 CVVT는 배기 타이밍을 진각시키도록 작동되고,
상기 배기매니폴드에 공기가 공급됨에 따라 배기가스 중의 미연소 가스를 연소시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 연소 장치. - 삭제

상기 공기 공급 통로에 고압의 공기를 유입시키는 수퍼 차저를 더 포함하는 배기가스 연소 장치. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 수퍼 차저에 의해 상기 공기 공급 통로에 고압의 공기가 흐름으로써, 상기 공기 밸브가 개방되면 상기 공기 공급 통로의 공기가 자연적으로 상기 공기 분사 통로에 유입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 연소 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 배기매니폴드에 흐르는 배기가스 중의 미연소 가스는 배기가스의 열에 의해 상기 배기매니폴드에 공급된 공기 중의 산소와 자연적으로 반응하여 연소되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 연소 장치.
