Abstract
이에 따라, 철근은 물론 형강의 표면에 에폭시 수지를 코팅함에 일련의 공정을 자동화하여 생산성을 향상하고, 코팅에 후속된 벤딩가공시에도 도막의 불량이 초래되지 않는 원형 상태를 유지하는 효과가 있다.

Claims (5)
- 구조물 부재를 대상물(10)로 하여 수지도료를 코팅하는 장치에 있어서:
상기 대상물(10)의 이물질을 제거하는 전처리수단;
상기 대상물(10)의 표면온도를 설정범위로 유지하는 가열기(35);
상기 가열된 대상물(10)의 표면에 대전된 수지도료를 도포하는 도포기(42); 및
상기 도포 완료된 대상물(10)의 담금질과 샤워에 소요되는 냉각수를 공급하는 냉각조(52);를 포함하여 이루어지되,
상기 전처리수단은 대상물(10)의 정지 또는 이동 상태에서 쇼트 블라스터(22)와 더불어 미세먼지를 제거하는 와이어브러쉬와 에어브러쉬를 사용하고,
상기 도포기(42)는 자세변동 가능하면서 180˚ 이상의 범위로 분사 가능한 구형헤드(44)를 지닌 다수의 분사노즐(43)로 대상물(10)의 표면에 전체적으로 수지도료를 분사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조물 부재의 수지코팅 장치. - 삭제
