Abstract
(해결 수단) 흑연 첨가 수지계 슬라이딩 재료의 성분 (1) 흑연 : 평균 입경 - 5 ∼ 50 ㎛, 흑연화도 - 0.6 이상, 형상 - 임의의 단면 사진에서 관찰한 흑연 입자의 최소 직경/최대 직경의 비율이 0.5 이상, 존재 비율 - 상기 비율이 0.5 이상인 흑연 입자가 전체 흑연 개수의 50 % 이상 존재함, 함유량 - 5 ∼ 60 중량%. 성분 (2) 잔부 폴리이미드 수지 및/또는 폴리아미드이미드 수지.

Claims (11)
- 평균 입경이 5 ∼ 50 ㎛ 이고, 흑연화도가 0.6 이상인 흑연 5 ∼ 60 중량% 와 잔부 폴리이미드 수지 및 폴리아미드이미드 수지의 1 종 또는 2 종으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 흑연 첨가 수지계 접동 재료 (단, 상기 흑연은 그 흑연 첨가 수지계 접동 재료의 임의의 단면 사진에서 관찰한 흑연 입자의 최소 직경/최대 직경의 비율 (이하 「입자비」 라고 한다) 이 0.5 이상인 흑연 입자가 전체 흑연 입자 개수의 50 % 이상 존재하는 것이다).
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 흑연이 천연 흑연인 접동 재료. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 흑연의 흑연화도가 0.8 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 흑연 첨가 수지계 접동 재료. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
입경이 10 ㎛ 미만인 클레이, 멀라이트 및 활석에서 선택된 1 종 이상의 마찰 조정제를 0.5 ∼ 20 중량% (단, 상기 흑연과의 합계량은 5.5 ∼ 80 중량% 이다) 를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흑연 첨가 수지계 접동 재료. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
입경이 10 ㎛ 미만인 클레이, 멀라이트 및 활석에서 선택된 1 종 이상의 마찰 조정제를 0.5 ∼ 20 중량% (단, 상기 흑연과의 합계량은 5.5 ∼ 80 중량% 이다) 를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흑연 첨가 수지계 접동 재료. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
PTFE, MoS2 및 BN 중 1 종 이상의 고체 윤활제를 1 ∼ 40 중량% (단, 상기 흑연 및 마찰 조정제와의 합계 함유량이 6.5 ∼ 80 중량% 이다) 를 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흑연 첨가 수지계 접동 재료. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
PTFE, MoS2 및 BN 중 1 종 이상의 고체 윤활제를 1 ∼ 40 중량% (단, 상기 흑연 및 마찰 조정제와의 합계 함유량이 6.5 ∼ 80 중량% 이다) 를 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흑연 첨가 수지계 접동 재료. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
PTFE, MoS2 및 BN 중 1 종 이상의 고체 윤활제를 1 ∼ 40 중량% (단, 상기 흑연 및 마찰 조정제와의 합계 함유량이 6.5 ∼ 80 중량% 이다) 를 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흑연 첨가 수지계 접동 재료. - 제 5 항에 있어서,

- 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 흑연 첨가 수지계 접동 재료의 표면이 기계 가공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 접동 부재.
