Claims (13)
- 음식물 폐기물을 열분해하여 연료화하는 음식물 폐기물 연료화 시스템에 있어서,
지역에서 수집된 음식물 폐기물을 저장하는 음식물 폐기물 저장조;
태양광을 수집하여 소정의 영역으로 집중시키는 태양광 집광체;
상기 태양광 집광체에 의하여 태양광이 집중되는 소정 영역 내에 배치되어 상기 음식물 폐기물을 열분해하여 산출물을 배출하는 열분해 반응조;
상기 음식물 폐기물 저장조로부터 상기 열분해 반응조로 상기 음식물 폐기물을 이송시키는 이송장치; 및
상기 열분해 반응조의 전단에 배치되고, 상기 음식물 폐기물 저장조로부터 이송된 음식물 폐기물을 상기 열분해 반응조에 공급하기 전에 임시로 수용하여 상기 음식물 폐기물을 발효시키는 발효조
를 포함하며,
상기 음식물 폐기물은 상기 열분해 반응조 내에서 이동되어 상기 태양광 집광체에 의하여 집광된 소정 영역을 통과하면서 열분해되고, 상기 이송장치는 상기 음식물 폐기물이 열분해될 수 있도록 상기 음식물 폐기물을 상기 열분해 반응조 내에서 조절된 속도로 이송시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물 폐기물의 연료화 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 열분해 반응조에서 발생된 바이오가스와 악취를 포함하는 공기를 산출물과 분리하여 수집하는 수집 덕트를 추가로 포함하는 음식물 폐기물의 연료화 시스템. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 바이오가스는 메탄가스인 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물 폐기물의 연료화 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 이송장치의 이송속도를 제어하고, 상기 태양광 집광체의 구동을 제어하며, 상기 열분해 반응조의 열분해 반응을 제어하는 제어부를 추가로 포함하는 음식물 폐기물의 연료화 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 열분해 반응조 내에서 열분해된 음식물 폐기물은 상기 발효조가 배치된 영역을 통과하여 배출됨으로써, 상기 발효조 내에 수용된 상기 음식물 폐기물이 발효될 수 있도록 열에너지를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물 폐기물의 연료화 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 태양광 집광체 및 상기 열분해 반응조는 다수 개 배치되고, 태양광을 집광하는 각각의 태양광 집광체의 소정 영역마다 상기 열분해 반응조를 각각 배치하고, 상기 열분해 반응조 각각은 단일 태양광 집광체에 의해 처리될 수 있는 양의 음식물 폐기물을 공급하며, 상기 공급되는 음식물 폐기물의 이송 속도를 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물 폐기물의 연료화 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 열분해 반응조 및 상기 발효조는 악취를 제거하도록 밀폐식으로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물 폐기물의 연료화 시스템. - 음식물 폐기물을 열분해하여 연료화하는 음식물 폐기물 연료화 방법에 있어서,
a) 음식물 폐기물을 수집하여 음식물 폐기물 저장조에 저장하는 단계;
b) 상기 음식물 폐기물 저장조에 저장된 음식물 폐기물을 발효조를 경유하여 열분해 반응조로 이송시키는 단계;
c) 발효조가 상기 음식물 폐기물 저장조에 저장된 상기 음식물 폐기물을 임시 수용하여 발효시키는 단계;
d) 태양광 집광체가 태양광을 소정 영역으로 집중시키는 단계;
e) 상기 태양광이 집중되는 소정 영역 내에 배치되는 열분해 반응조가 상기 이송된 음식물 폐기물을 열분해하여 바이오가스를 포함한 산출물을 배출하는 단계; 및
f) 상기 열분해 반응조로부터 배출되는 산출물을 수집하는 단계
를 포함하되,
상기 음식물 폐기물은 상기 열분해 반응조 내에서 이동되어 상기 태양광 집광체에 의하여 집광된 소정 영역을 통과하면서 열분해되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물 폐기물의 연료화 방법. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 e) 단계의 열분해 반응조 내에서 열분해된 음식물 폐기물은 상기 발효조가 배치된 영역을 통과하여 배출됨으로써, 상기 발효조 내에 수용된 음식물 폐기물이 발효될 수 있도록 열에너지를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물 폐기물의 연료화 방법. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 c) 단계에서 이송장치가 상기 음식물 폐기물이 열분해될 수 있도록 상기 음식물 폐기물을 상기 열분해 반응조 내에서 조절된 속도로 이송시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물 폐기물의 연료화 방법. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 태양광 집광체 및 상기 열분해 반응조는 다수 개 배치되고, 태양광을 집광하는 각각의 태양광 집광체의 소정 영역마다 상기 열분해 반응조를 각각 배치하고, 상기 열분해 반응조 각각은 단일 태양광 집광체에 의해 처리될 수 있는 양의 음식물 폐기물을 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물 폐기물의 연료화 방법. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 f) 단계에서 상기 열분해 반응조에서 발생된 바이오가스와 악취를 포함하는 공기를 산출물과 분리하여 수집하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물 폐기물의 연료화 방법. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 바이오가스는 메탄가스인 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물 폐기물의 연료화 방법.
