도 2는 본 발명에 따른 인산염 피막 처리장치에서 인산염 탱크와 이온반응 필터부 및 보조 필터부를 보여주기 위한 정면도이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 인산염 피막 처리장치에서 보조 필터부를 보여주기 위한 정단면도이다.
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 인산염 피막 처리장치에서 보조 필터부를 보여주기 위한 평단면도이다.

Claims (8)
- 전해액이 수용되며, 이송된 도금강판을 상기 전해액으로 부식시켜, 상기 도금강판의 표면에 결정 핵을 형성시키는 전해액 처리부;
인산염이 수용되며, 전해액 탱크로부터 이송된 상기 도금강판의 상기 결정 핵을 성장시켜, 상기 도금강판 표면에 피막을 형성시키는 인산염 처리부;
펌핑 압력에 의해 인산염 탱크로부터 인산염이 전달되며, 상기 인산염에 포함된 미세 고형물을 이온화 반응으로 필터링하는 이온반응 필터부; 및
상기 이온반응 필터로부터 상기 인산염이 전달되며, 상기 인산염 내에 포함된 비닐 형태의 찌꺼기나 금속 알갱이를 필터링 후, 상기 인산염 탱크로 재투입시키는 보조 필터부;를 포함하고,
상기 보조 필터부는, 상기 이온반응 필터와 상단의 투입구가 제1연결배관으로 연결되고, 상기 인산염 탱크와 하단의 배출구가 제2연결배관으로 연결되는 하우징과, 상기 하우징의 내측 하단에 설치되어 상기 배출구 위치와 상부공간을 구획하며, 상기 인산염이 통과되도록 다수의 용액 통과홀이 관통형성되는 플레이트 및, 상기 하우징의 내부에 상하로 길이를 갖도록 배치되며, 하단이 상기 용액 통과홀에 삽입 설치되는 필터링 바를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인산염 피막 처리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전해액 처리부는,
내부에 상기 전해액이 수용되며, 전후 방향에는 상기 도금강판이 통과하는 입/출구가 형성되는 전해액 탱크 및,
상기 전해액 탱크의 내부에 설치되어, 상기 도금강판의 표면에 전해액을 분사하기 위해 스프레이 바와 노즐을 갖는 제1스프레이부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인산염 피막 처리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 인산염 처리부는,
내부에 상기 인산염이 수용되며, 전후 방향에는 상기 도금강판이 통과는 입/출구가 형성되는 인산염 탱크 및,
상기 인산염 탱크의 내부에 설치되어, 상기 도금강판의 표면에 인산염을 분사하기 위해 스프레이 바와 노즐을 갖는 제2스프레이부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인산염 피막 처리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전해액 처리부 및 상기 인산염 처리부의 입/출구에는,
상기 도금강판의 표면에 부착된 상기 전해액이 상기 인산염 탱크로 전달되지 않도록 하는 스퀴즈롤부가 더 구비되며,
상기 스퀴즈롤부는,
상기 도금강판의 상면에 밀착 회전되는 상부 롤 및,
상기 도금강판의 하면에 밀착 회전되는 하부 롤을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인산염 피막 처리장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 필터링 바는,
횡 방향 중심을 기준으로 양단을 절곡 형성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 인산염 피막 처리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1연결배관 또는 상기 제2연결배관 상에는,
펌핑 압력을 발생시키기 위한 펌프 및,
개폐를 위한 밸브가 더 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인산염 피막 처리장치.
