Description
Claims (13)
- 폴리프로필렌계 수지 발포 입자를 열류속 시차 주사 열량 측정에 의해 2 ℃/분의 승온 속도로, 상온에서부터 200 ℃ 까지 승온시켰을 때에 얻어지는 1 회째 DSC 곡선에 있어서, 전체 흡열 피크 열량에 대하여 70 ∼ 95 % 의 흡열 피크 열량을 나타내고, 또한 흡열 피크의 정점 온도가 100 ∼ 140 ℃ 인 주흡열 피크와, 그 주흡열 피크의 고온측에 2 이상의 흡열 피크가 나타나는 결정 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌계 수지 발포 입자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 주흡열 피크의 정점 온도가 105 ∼ 135 ℃ 인 폴리프로필렌계 수지 발포 입자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 주흡열 피크의 정점 온도가 110 ℃ 이상 125 ℃ 미만인 폴리프로필렌계 수지 발포 입자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 폴리프로필렌계 수지 발포 입자를 구성하는 폴리프로필렌계 수지가 메탈로센계 중합 촉매를 사용하여 중합된 폴리프로필렌계 수지인 폴리프로필렌계 수 지 발포 입자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 폴리프로필렌계 수지 발포 입자를 구성하는 폴리프로필렌계 수지가 복수의 폴리프로필렌계 수지의 혼합물로 이루어지는 폴리프로필렌계 수지 발포 입자.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 폴리프로필렌계 수지 발포 입자를 구성하는 기재 수지의 폴리프로필렌계 수지가 융점 100 ∼ 140 ℃ 의 저융점 폴리프로필렌계 수지 (A) 와, 그 수지의 융점보다 25 ℃ 이상 높은 융점을 갖는 고융점 폴리프로필렌계 수지 (B) 의 혼합물인 폴리프로필렌계 수지 발포 입자.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 폴리프로필렌계 수지 발포 입자를 구성하는 기재 수지의 폴리프로필렌계 수지가 융점 100 ∼ 140 ℃ 의 저융점 폴리프로필렌계 수지 (A) 와, 그 수지의 융점보다 30 ℃ 를 초과하여 높은 융점을 갖는 고융점 폴리프로필렌계 수지 (B) 의 혼합물인 폴리프로필렌계 수지 발포 입자.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 폴리프로필렌계 수지 발포 입자를 구성하는 기재 수지의 폴리프로필렌 계 수지가 융점 105 ∼ 130 ℃ 의 저융점 폴리프로필렌계 수지 (A) 와, 그 수지의 융점보다 25 ℃ 이상 높은 융점을 갖는 고융점 폴리프로필렌계 수지 (B) 의 혼합물인 폴리프로필렌계 수지 발포 입자.
- 제 6 항, 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 폴리프로필렌계 수지 발포 입자를 구성하는 기재 수지 중, 저융점 폴리프로필렌계 수지 (A) 가 메탈로센계 중합 촉매를 사용하여 중합된 폴리프로필렌계 수지인 폴리프로필렌계 수지 발포 입자.
- 제 6 항, 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 폴리프로필렌계 수지 발포 입자를 구성하는 기재 수지인 저융점 폴리프로필렌계 수지 (A) 와 고융점 폴리프로필렌계 수지 (B) 의 혼합 중량비 (A / B) 가 98 / 2 ∼ 90 / 10 인 폴리프로필렌계 수지 발포 입자.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 주흡열 피크의 고온측에 나타나는 2 이상의 흡열 피크 중, 주흡열 피크를 형성하고 있는 프로필렌계 수지 성분에서 유래하는 흡열 피크의 흡열량이 2 ∼ 15 J/g 인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌계 수지 발포 입자.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 5 항에 기재된 폴리프로필렌계 수지 발포 입자를 형내 성형하여 이루어지는 폴리프로필렌계 수지 발포 입자 성형체.
