Description

위킹성 직물과 이로부터 제조된 의복{WICKING FABRIC AND GARMENT MADE THEREFROM}
본 발명은 흡수전도성의 위킹성 직물(wicking fabric)에 관한 것으로, 특히 라이오셀(lyocell) 및/또는 다른 셀룰로스 섬유를 포함하는 위킹성 직물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 또한 이러한 위킹성 직물로 구성되는 의복에 관한 것이다.
스포츠웨어 또는 기타 다른 분야에서 고기능성 또는 활동성 직물의 수요가 상당히 증가하고 있다. 이러한 직물에서는 습기가 직물의 일측면으로부터 타측면으로 신속하고 용이하게 전달되고 증발에 의한 냉각효과를 최대화하기 위하여 넓은 면적으로 확산되는 것이 요구된다. 이러한 직물은 일반직물보다 신속히 건조된다.
이들 고기능성 직물(technical fabrics)은 위킹성을 가져야 할 뿐만 아니라 이들은 사용이 용이하여야 한다. 이상적으로는 의복으로 제조되었을 때 이러한 직물이 의복의 외부보다는 내부에서 더 건조한 느낌을 갖는 것이다. 또한 이들 직물은 착용이 불편할 정도로 너무 무거워서는 좋지 않다.
종래기술의 알려진 한 형태에서, 직물이 두 개의 폴리에스테르 층, 즉, 전체가 소수성 폴리에스테르로 이루어진 내부층과 친수처리된 폴리에스테르로 이루어진 외부층으로 구성된 것이 알려져 있다. 친수처리는 폴리에스테르에 대하여 화학적 처리로 이루어지고 있으나, 세탁 후에 직물은 친수처리의 효과를 상실하고 착용성과 고기능성이 떨어지는 것으로 확인되었다.
소수성 물질은 약 25 % 미만의 낮은 보습율을 갖는 폴리에스테르 및 폴리아크릴로니트릴과 같은 약소수성이거나, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리염화비닐 또는 폴리에틸렌과 같은 비소수성일 수 있다.
또한 친수성 물질은 셀룰로스 또는 양모와 같은 강흡수성일 수 있다.
공개된 미국특허출원 2004/0058072 에는 적어도 일부가 소수처리된 셀룰로스성 섬유의 제 1 섬유사와 이러한 제 1 섬유사보다 높은 흡수성을 갖는 셀룰로스 섬유의 제 2 섬유사로 구성된 직물을 제조하는 것이 제안되어 있고, 상기 직물은 이들 제 1 및 제 2 섬유사를 함께 편직 또는 직조(또는 제직)하여 제조됨으로써 내측면이 외측면보다 낮은 흡수성을 갖게 되는 것이다.
또한, 이러한 형태의 방법은 바람직한 효과를 얻기 위하여 섬유를 화학처리하는 것을 포함하며, 이러한 화학처리는 영구적인 것은 아니고 세척으로 제거된다.
특허문헌 WO-A-98/24621 에는 착용자 몸으로부터의 액체가 흡수되는 것으로 외관상 기저귀나 기타 다른 위생제품 처럼 보이는 단일층상복합재가 기술되어 있다. 이 복합재는 액체흡수층인 제 1 층과 액체를 잠정적으로 보유하는 잠정보유매체인 제 2 층으로 구성되고, 제 1 층은 착용자로부터의 액체를 신속히 흡수하여 이를 전달영역을 통하여 제 2 층으로 전달한다. 이들 층은 섬유와 결합제로 구성되고 복합재는 외부로부터 습기를 흡수하지 않은 최외측면을 갖는다.
특허문헌 US-A-5,433,987 에는 착용자의 안락한 착용감과 위생을 위하여 땀이나 기타 다른 체액을 흡수하고 이를 착용자의 몸으로부터 수집 또는 분산시키는 개선된 흡수성을 갖는 스펀레이스 직물(spun-laced fabric)이 기술되어 있다. 이 직물은 다층 또는 라미네이트 구조의 흡수층으로서 사용되나 의복으로 사용시에 착용자로부터 외측으로 향하는 최외측층을 형성하지는 않는다.
관련성은 다소 적으나 달리 알려진 종래기술의 특허문헌으로서는 US-A-2003/0181118, US-A-5,787,503, US-A-5,735,145 및 US-A-5,297,296 등이 있다.
위킹성 효과를 위한 화학처리를 필요로 하지 않는 섬유로부터 고기능 위킹성 섬유를 제조할 수 있는 것을 알게 되었다.
본 발명은 습기의 흡수전도를 위한 의복용 위킹성 직물을 제공하는 것으로, 이 직물은 전체가 본질적인 소수성 물질의 섬유로 실질적으로 구성되는 일측 최외측면과 본질적인 소수성 물질의 섬유와 친수성 섬유, 특히 셀룰로스 섬유의 혼합물로 구성된 타측 최외측면을 갖는다.
본 발명은 습기의 흡수전도를 위한 의복용 위킹성 직물을 제공하는 것으로, 이 직물이 전체가 본질적인 소수성 물질의 섬유로 실질적으로 구성되는 일측 최외측면과 합성 또는 플라스틱 물질과 같은 본질적인 소수성 물질과 셀룰로스 섬유와 같은 친수성 섬유로 이루어진 섬유의 혼합물로 구성되는 타측 최외측면을 가지며, 이로써 일측면의 직물이 타측면의 직물보다 소수성이 더 크다.
본질적인 소수성 물질은 물의 흡수율 또는 보유율이 25 % 미만인 폴리에스테르, 폴리아미드 또는 폴리프로필렌과 같은 물질이다.
바람직하게, 본질적인 소수성 플라스틱 물질은 폴리에스테르이다. 일측면에서 예를 들어 플라스틱 물질인 본질적인 소수성 물질의 섬유는 타측면에서 예를 들어 플라스틱 물질인 본질적인 소수성 물질 또는 다른 물질의 섬유와 동일한 물질로 구성될 수 있다.
친수성 섬유, 특히 셀룰로스 섬유와 예를 들어 플라스틱 물질과 같은 본질적인 소수성 물질의 섬유로 된 혼합물은 50 % 미만 또는 그 이하의 친수성 물질, 특히 셀룰로스 물질을 포함하는 것이 바람직하다. 셀룰로스 물질은 라이오셀이 바람직하지만, 다른 셀룰로스 물질 또는 소량의 다른 셀룰로스 물질과 라이오셀 섬유의 혼합물을 이용할 수도 있다. 전형적으로 그리고 바람직하게 라이오셀 및/또는 다른 셀룰로스 물질의 함량은 10-50 %, 바람직하게 20-40 %, 더욱 바람직하게 약 30 % 이다. 스테이플 섬유 및/또는 연속 필라멘트가 직물을 구성하는 층에 이용될 수 있다.
직물은 편직 또는 직조에 의하여 제조되거나 또는 니들-본딩과 같은 부직결합기술(non-woven bonding techinque)에 의하여 제조될 수 있다. 이들은 바인더(결합제)를 필요로 하지 않거나 이를 사용하지 않아 이들이 딱딱하게 되지 않고 유연성을 갖는 이점이 있다. 직물을 제조하는 방법은 편성공정을 이용한 방법이 좋으며, 두 개의 층을 동시에 얻기 위하여 더블-저지 편성방법이 이용되고, 이들 층은 긴밀한 접촉이 이루어질 수 있도록 연결사로 연결된다.
이러한 직물의 다른 제조방법으로서는 니들-본딩에 의한 방법이 있으며, 이러한 방법에서 에어-레이드(air-laid) 폴리에스테르 또는 다른 소수성 섬유의 층이 에어-레이드 라이오셀 및/또는 다른 셀룰로스 섬유의 층상에 배치되고 이들 두 개의 층이 니들펀칭되며, 이때 니들이 폴리에스테르 측으로부터 진입되고, 일측면이 실질적으로 전체가 폴리에스테르이고 타측면은 폴리에스테르와 라이오셀 또는 다른 셀룰로스 물질의 혼합물이 되도록 니들 바브(needle barbs)는 강제로 폴리에스테르 섬유가 라이오셀 및/또는 다른 셀룰로스 섬유로 이루어진 하부의 층으로 진입될 수 있도록 한다.
본 발명은 또한 상기 언급된 직물로 제조되는 의복을 제공하는 바, 이러한 의복을 착용하였을 때 착용자측으로 향하는 의복의 내측면은 실질적으로 그 전체(100 %)가 소수성 층이고, 반대측인 외측면은 예를 들어 소수성 섬유 및 셀룰로스 섬유의 섬유 혼합물로 구성된다. 착용자의 외측으로 향하는 외측면이 섬유 혼합물로 구성되므로, 의복에 접촉하는 습기가 의복의 표면을 통해 넓고 신속하게 확산되는 반면에, 소수성의 표면이 착용자의 피부에 접촉하여 땀을 분산시키지 않아 착용자는 의복이 끈적끈적하지 않게 느낄 것이다. 이러한 의복은 습기에 대한 위킹성을 갖는 위킹성 직물의 양측에 보호층(backing layers)을 갖지 않는다. 의복은 그 전체가 단일공정으로 더블-저지 제품과 같은 형상으로 편직되는 편성방법으로 제조될 수 있다.
본 발명을 첨부도면에 의거하여 보다 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.

스포츠웨어로서 사용이 적합한 고기능성 직물, 특히 위킹성 직물은 다수의 공정을 거쳐 제조되며 미적인 면과 성능 사이에 좋은 균형을 이루어야 한다. 예를 들어, 100 % 폴리에스테르 직물로 만들어진 스포츠웨어는 착용자의 피부에 인접한 직물의 내측으로부터 외측으로 습기를 신속히 흡수전도할 수 있다. 그러나, 100 % 폴리에스테르 직물은 촉감이 좋지 않고, 실질적으로 직물 내에 수분을 보유하지 않 는다. 특히, 이러한 직물은 수분을 내측으로부터 외측으로 전달할 뿐이며 전달되는 수분이 측방향으로 확산되지 않는다. 따라서, 등의 중앙부분이나 겨드랑이와 같이 수분발생이 큰 부위에서는 직물에서 물이 신속히 생성되어 직물에 대한 촉감이 좋지 않고 직물의 건조가 느리게 이루어진다.
두 개의 층으로 이루어진 폴리에스테르 스포츠웨어, 즉 처리되지 않은 100 % 소수성 폴리에스테르의 내부층과 친수성을 갖도록 처리된 폴리에스테르로 이루어진 직물의 외부층으로 이루어진 폴리에스테르 스포츠웨어가 제안된 바 있다. 그러나, 통상적으로 이러한 친수처리는 완성된 제품에 대하여 이루어지는 것으로 완성된 제품에서 친수처리된 특성은 반복된 세탁에 의하여 제거된다. 더욱이, 이들 직물은 합성섬유 직물의 촉감 또는 "감촉"을 가지며 100 % 폴리에스테르 직물의 특성을 그대로 가지므로 보풀이 쉽게 일어나고 정전기가 발생되기 쉽다.
한편, 100 % 셀룰로스 직물은 다른 종류의 문제점을 갖는다. 이들 셀룰로스 직물의 수분 또는 습기 흡수성은 매우 높아서 수분이 확산되지 않고 직물이 축축하고 무거우며 끈적끈적한 느낌을 준다.
또한 셀룰로스 섬유는 폴리에스테르 섬유보다 고가이어서 그 직물 또는 의복의 비용이 더 비싸지게 된다.
도 1 에서 보인 바와 같이, 본 발명은 스포츠웨어와 같은 고기능성 분야에 특히 적합한 것으로 습기의 흡수전도가 이루어지는 위킹성 직물을 제공한다. 본 발명의 직물은 두 개의 층으로 이루어진 구조, 즉, 전체가 폴리에스테르와 같은 소수성 플라스틱 물질로 이루어진 일측의 층(1)과 라이오셀 섬유와 소수성 플라스틱 물질의 섬유의 혼합물로 이루어진 타측의 층(2)으로 구성된다. 라이오셀 섬유를 대신하여 또는 이에 부가하여 면, 모달 또는 비스코스 레이온 섬유와 같은 다른 셀룰로스 섬유가 사용될 수 있으나, 촉감과 강도, 특히 습윤강도의 조합을 감안할 때 라이오셀이 더 바람직하다.
이러한 직물을 이용하여 착용감이 좋고 습기의 흡수전도성이 큰 위킹특성을 갖는 의복을 제조할 수 있다.
특히, 층(2)가 10-50 중량 % 의 라이오셀과 폴리에스테르로 구성된 본질적인 소수성의 플라스틱 물질 섬유의 혼합물을 포함하는 경우, 반복적인 세탁에 의하여 감소되지 않는 영구적 위킹특성을 갖는 직물을 제조할 수 있음이 확인되었다.
본 발명의 이해를 돕기 위하여, 다음의 내용은 직물의 흡수성에 대한 배경정보를 나타낸 것으로, 이러한 정보는 상기 언급된 바와 같이 층(2)에 대한 폴리에스테르 혼합물에서 10-50 중량 % 의 라이오셀을 함유하는 직물을 이용하여 얻을 수 있는 특별한 이점을 나타낸다.
직물의 흡수성을 시험하기 위한 한가지 알려진 방법은 소위 중량흡수시험시스템(Gravimetric Absorbency Testing System, GATS)이다. 이러한 시험시스템의 상세한 것은 간행물 "International Nonwoven Journal", Volume 11, No. 4, Winter 2002 에서, Konopka, Pourdeyhimi 및 Kim 의 논문 "In-Plane Liquid Distribution of Nonwoven Fabrics: Part I - Experimental Observations", 특히 페이지 23-25 에 설명되고 있다. 특히, 중량흡수시험은 도면의 도 2 에서 개략적으로 보인 장치를 이용한다. 이 장치는 U-튜브(4)에 의하여 유출구(5)에 연결된 물탱크(3)로 구성된다. 시험될 직물디스크(6)가 유출구(5)상에 얹히고, 디스크(6)의 물질이 모세관작용에 의하여 U-튜브(4)를 통해 물탱크로부터 물을 흡수토록 한다. 그러나, 물을 흡수하는 직물만이 이들 직물에 액체를 "흡인"할 것이다.
도 3 은 수평축선의 초단위 시간에 대하여 직물의 그램당 흡수된 물의 그램으로 수직축선에 흡수율을 보인 그래프이다. 실질적으로, 직물은 그래프 라인의 제 1 부분(7)이 그래프 라인의 제 2 부분(8)으로 보인 안정상태에 이를 때까지의 흡수단계 중에 물을 흡수한다. 제 1 부분(7)의 기울기가 크면 클수록, 직물의 흡수율이 커지며 직물은 보다 많은 물을 신속히 흡수할 것이다. 안정상태인 제 2 부분(8)의 높이는 물을 흡수하는 직물의 총흡수량을 나타낸다. 초당 직물의 그램당 흡수된 물의 그램(g/gs)으로 직물의 위킹율을 측정하기 위하여 일련의 시험이 수행되었다. 이러한 시험은 처리되지 않은 폴리에스테르 섬유의 100 % 폴리에스테르 직물로부터 라이오셀의 양을 증가시켜 100 % 라이오셀 직물까지 변화시켜 가면서 다양한 폴리 에스테르/라이오셀 직물을 이용하여 수행되었다. 이들 시험의 결과는 표 1 에서 설명된다.

이들 시험으로부터 여러 직물에 대한 흡수율이 라이오셀의 비율에 대하여 그래프로 작성되었다. 이는 도 4 에서 보인 그래프에서 설명되는 바, 수직축선은 흡수율(AR)을 나타내고, 수평축선은 라이오셀/폴리에스테르 혼합물 중 라이오셀의 퍼센트 비율을 나타낸다.
이로부터 라이오셀이 직물에 점점 더 혼합되어 처음부터 최대 약 50 % 에 이를 때까지 흡수율이 증가함을 알 수 있다. 50 % 를 넘어서는 흡수율이 더 이상 증가하지 않는다.
본 발명에 대한 편견없이, 이러한 특성은 섬유의 적은 일부만이 셀룰로스(예를 들어, 라이오셀)일 때, 물이 유동하기 위한 셀룰로스 섬유로 구성되는 연속유로(continuous path)가 형성되지 않기 때문인 것으로 믿어진다. 그러나, 충분한 셀룰로스 섬유가 존재하는 경우, 물은 셀룰로스 섬유의 연속유로를 따라 직물을 통해 이동할 것이다. 각 셀룰로스 섬유가 많은 인접한 셀룰로스 섬유와 접촉할 때, 셀룰로스 섬유 비율의 추가증가는 위킹성의 증가를 가져오지 않을 것이다.
이와 같이 예기치 않은 발견은 직물의 층(2)이 라이오셀(및/또는 다른 셀룰로스)와 폴리에스테르(및/또는 다른 합성수지)의 혼합물로 구성되는 본 발명에 이르게 되었다. 특히 층(2)이 100 % 라이오셀이 아닌 폴리에스테르와 라이오셀의 혼합물로 구성됨으로써, 폴리에스테르 층으로부터 흡수전도되는 물은 층(2)이 100 % 라이오셀로 구성되는 경우와 같이 한 부분에 모이지 않고 층(2)을 통해 측방향으로 확산될 수 있도록 한다는 것이 확인되었다.
층(1)으로부터 물을 흡수전도함으로써, 층(2)의 라이오셀은 층(1)의 증발작용을 촉진하고 이러한 직물로 제조된 의복의 착용촉감이 떨어지는 것을 방지한다. 본 발명에 따라서 층(2)에서는 물이 측방향으로 10 초에 약 7.5 cm 의 속도로 이동할 수 있음이 확인되었다. 이는 물이 이러한 직물로 구성된 셔츠를 착용한 착용자의 전신을 가로지르는 거리에 해당하는 약 0.5 미터를 이동하는데 1 분 미만의 시간이 소요됨을 의미한다. 또한 이는 본 발명에 따른 직물로 제조된 의복에서 등부분이나 겨드랑이와 같이 땀이 많이 발생되는 영역에서 발생된 물이 층(2)에서 측방향으로 흡수전도되어 이러한 직물로 제조된 스포츠웨어의 착용감을 향상시킴을 의미한다. 더욱이, 다량의 습기를 함유하고 있는 표면영역이 이러한 측방향 위킹작용으로 증가되어 의복의 증발율이 전체적으로 향상될 수 있도록 한다. 폴리에스테르 섬유는 라이오셀보다 가벼우므로 직물 전체가 가벼워서 착용자의 안락한 착용감이 향상된다.
두 개 층의 구조를 구성하는 방법은 많으며, 특히 층(1)(2)은 함께 직조되거나 또는 이들이 1967 년 스위스의 Edouard Dubied and Cie SA 에서 발행한 문헌 "Dubied knitting Manual"에 기술된 바와 같은 편성기를 이용하여 특허문헌 US-A-5,209,084 에 기술된 더블-저지 편성방법에 의하여 편직될 수도 있다.
이로써, 층(1)(2)은 동시에 구성되고, 층(1)에 대하여서는 폴리에스테르 섬유사로 그리고 층(2)에 대하여서는 폴리에스테르/라이오셀 혼합사(mixed yarn)로부터 동시에 연결될 수 있다. 직조 및 편직된 직물은 유연성이 좋으며 이를 이용하여 셔츠나 블라우스와 같은 의복으로 제조되었을 때 착용이 용이하다.
이러한 직물을 제조하는 다른 방법은 화학적인 바인더, 즉 결합제를 이용함이 없이 두 개의 부직포 웹(nonwoven web)을 함께 니들-본딩하는 것이다. 도 5 및 도 6 에서 보인 바와 같이, 에어-레이드 폴리에스테르 스테이플 섬유 또는 에어-레이드 폴리에스테르 연속필라멘트의 제 1 웹(10)이 제 2 층(12)의 상부에 배치된다. 층(12)은 라이오셀과 폴리에스테르의 혼합물로 구성된 에어-레이드 배트(bat) 또는 매트이다. 이들 두 층은 하측으로 향하는 바브(15)를 갖는 니들(14)에 의하여 함께 니들링된다. 이는 도 6 에서 보인 바와 같이 상부의 층(10)으로부터 섬유를 하부의 층(12)으로 밀어내린다. 바브(15)가 하측으로 향하고 있으므로, 니들은 층(10)을 하측으로 밀어내리기만 하며 층(12)이 상측으로 끌어 올려지는 것이 거의 없다. 따라서, 결합구조는 폴리에스테르의 상부 층(10), 라이오셀 및 폴리에스테르 섬유의 혼합물로 구성된 하부 층(12)과, 층(10)으로부터 니들링되어 연장된 폴리에스테르 섬유로 구성된다. 층(10)이 니들링되어 층(12)으로 연장된 도 6 에서 보인 바와 같은 핑거(16)는 층(12)의 저면까지 층(12)을 통하여 연장된 폴리에스테르의 부분이다.
이러한 방법의 수정실시예에서, 층(12)은 전체가 니들-본딩되지 않은 상태의 라이오셀 섬유로 구성될 수 있다. 이로써, 도 6 에서 보인 바와 같이 라이오셀과 폴리에스테르의 혼합물은 층(12)에서 폴리에스테르와 라이오셀 섬유사로 출발하여 제조된 혼합물에 비하여 결합친밀도가 약간 떨어진다. 그러나, 결합제를 사용하지 않으므로 직물은 가능한 한 유연성을 유지할 수 있다.
층(12)이 폴리에스테르와 라이오셀의 혼합물이므로 층(12)의 초기 라이오셀함량은 니들-본딩 후 이러한 층의 라이오셀 함량보다 많을 것이며, 이러한 함량은 층(12)에 바람직한 최종 라이오셀 함량에 따라서 적당히 달라질 수 있다. 니들-본딩된 직물은 비록 이들이 결합제를 사용하지는 않았다 하여도 직조 또는 편직된 직물에 비하여 유연성이 떨어진다.
본 발명의 다른 이점은 이러한 두 개의 층을 형성하기 위하여 이용된 편성방법이 의복전체를 편직하는 알려진 방법에 의하여 단일공정으로 완성된 의복을 편직하는데 이용될 수 있다는 것이며, 이와 같은 경우, 의복은 단일공정에 의하여 폴리에스테르 또는 다른 소수성의 내부층과 폴리에스테르 및 셀룰로스, 전형적으로 라이오셀 섬유로 구성되는 외부층으로 구성된다.
비록 본 발명의 특정 실시예가 라이오셀 및 폴리에스테르를 참조하여 설명되었으나, 비스코스, 모달 및 면과 같은 다른 셀룰로스 섬유와 같은 다른 흡습성 섬유 및 직물, 또는 양모 등이 사용될 수 있다.
소수성 물질은 비흡습성 또는 약흡수성인 물질을 포함한다.

Claims (21)

  1. 전체가 본질적인 소수성 물질의 섬유로 실질적으로 구성되는 일측 최외측면과 소수성 섬유와 친수성 섬유의 혼합사로 구성된 타측 최외측면을 갖는 직물로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 습기의 흡수전도를 위한 의복용 위킹성 직물.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 일측면의 직물이 타측면의 직물보다 소수성이 더 큼을 특징으로 하는 의복용 위킹성 직물.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 직물의 일측면이 편성방법 및 직조방법 중에서 선택된 방법에 의하여 구성되고, 직물의 타측면이 편성방법 및 직조방법 중에서 선택된 방법에 의하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 의복용 위킹성 직물.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 양측면이 동일한 방법으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 의복용 위킹성 직물.
  5. 제 3 항에 있어서, 일측면이 타측면과는 다른 방법으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 의복용 위킹성 직물.
  6. 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 일측면과 타측면이 이들이 구성될 때 동시 에 결합됨을 특징으로 하는 의복용 위킹성 직물.
  7. 제 3 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 일측면과 타측면이 별도로 구성된 다음 결합되어 직물로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 의복용 위킹성 직물.
  8. 제 1 항에 있어서, 전체가 본질적인 소수성의 합성 섬유로 실질적으로 구성되는 일측 최외측면과 본질적인 소수성의 합성 섬유와 친수성 섬유의 혼합사로 구성된 타측 최외측면을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 의복용 위킹성 직물.
  9. 제 1 항에 있어서, 친수성 섬유가 셀룰로스 섬유임을 특징으로 하는 의복용 위킹성 직물.
  10. 제 9 항에 있어서, 셀룰로스 섬유가 면, 라이오셀 및 비스코스 레이온 중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 의복용 위킹성 직물.
  11. 제 1 항에 있어서, 본질적인 소수성 물질이 폴리에스테르 및 폴리프로필렌 중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 의복용 위킹성 직물.
  12. 제 1 항에 있어서, 일측면의 본질적인 소수성 물질의 섬유가 타측면의 본질적인 소수성 물질의 섬유와 상이한 물질로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 의복용 위킹성 직물.
  13. 제 1 항에 있어서, 일측면의 본질적인 소수성 물질의 섬유가 타측면의 본질적인 소수성 물질의 섬유와 동일한 물질로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 의복용 위킹성 직물.
  14. 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서, 섬유의 혼합사로 구성된 층이 50 중량 % 이하의 셀룰로스 섬유와 50 중량 % 이상의 본질적인 소수성의 합성 섬유를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 의복용 위킹성 직물.
  15. 제 14 항에 있어서, 섬유의 혼합사로 구성되는 층이 10 중량 % 내지 50 중량 % 의 셀룰로스 섬유와 50 중량 % 내지 90 중량 % 의 본질적인 소수성의 합성 섬유를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 의복용 위킹성 직물.
  16. 제 14 항에 있어서, 셀룰로스 섬유가 라이오셀 섬유임을 특징으로 하는 의복용 위킹성 직물.
  17. 섬유의 혼합사로 구성되는 면이 의복의 외측면이 되는 제 1 항에 따른 습기의 흡수전도를 위한 위킹성 직물로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 의복.
  18. 제 17 항에 있어서, 의복이 편직된 의복(knitted garment)이고, 의복 전체가 편직되는 편성방법으로 편직됨을 특징으로 하는 의복.
  19. 제 18 항에 있어서, 의복이 셔츠 또는 블라우스의 형태임을 특징으로 하는 의복.
  20. 제 15 항에 있어서, 섬유의 혼합사로 구성되는 층이 20 중량 % 내지 40 중량 % 의 셀룰로스 섬유와 60 중량 % 내지 80 중량 % 의 본질적인 소수성의 합성 섬유를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 의복용 위킹성 직물.
  21. 제 15 항에 있어서, 섬유의 혼합사로 구성되는 층이 30 중량 % 의 셀룰로스 섬유와 70 중량 % 의 본질적인 소수성의 합성 섬유를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 의복용 위킹성 직물.
