Claims (8)
- 분체 80 내지 98중량%와, 상기 분체 상에 코팅되는 제1 실리콘 오일로서 디페닐실록시페닐트리메치콘(diphenylsiloxy phenyl trimethicone) 1 내지 10중량%와 상기 분체 상에 코팅되는 제2 실리콘 오일로서 트리에톡시실릴에틸폴리디메틸실록시에틸헥실디메치콘(triethoxysilylethyl polydimethylsiloxyethyl hexyl dimethicone) 1 내지 10중량%의 혼합물을 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 화장품용 코팅분체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 분체가 판상, 구상, 침상, 주상 및 무정형 중의 어느 한 형태의 입자 형상을 갖는 분체임을 특징으로 하는 화장품용 코팅분체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 분체가 활석, 운모, 견운모, 질화붕소, 황산바륨, 판상 알루미나, 이산화티탄/운모 2상 파우더(40 내지 80중량%의 범위 이내의 양의 운모의 표면에 60 내지 20중량%의 이산화티탄이 코팅된 2상 파우더, 상품명 펄(pearl)'이라 함), 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트(PMMA), 실리카, 나일론, 이산화티탄, 산화철, 디메치콘/비닐 디메치콘 가교 중합체(cross polymer), 비닐 디메치콘/메치콘 실세스퀴옥산 가교 중합체, 폴리메틸실세스퀴옥산 및 이들 중 2이상의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 화장품용 코팅분체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 화장품용 코팅분체가 상기 제1 실리콘 오일과 제2 실리콘 오일에 더해 제3 실리콘 오일을 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 화장품용 코팅분체. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 제3 실리콘 오일이 메치콘, 디메치콘, 하이드로겐 디메치콘, 트리에톡시카프릴일실란, 디메칠 실리콘, 아크릴 실리콘, 세틸 디메치콘 공중합체, 아미노프로필 디메치콘, 마그네슘 미리스테이트, 알루미늄 미리스테이트, 소듐 미리스테이트, 칼슘 미리스테이트, 마그네슘 스테아레이트, 알루미늄 스테아레이트, 소듐 스테아레이트, 칼슘 스테아레이트, 아미노 변성 실리콘, 탄소수 12 내지 15의 알킬벤조에이트, 광물성 오일, 아크릴레이트/트리데실 아크릴레이트/트리에톡실릴프로필메타크릴레이트/디메치콘 메타크릴레이트 공중합체(Acrylates/Tridecyl Acrylate/Triethoxysilylpropyl Methacrylate/Dimethicone Methacrylate Copolymer ; 국제화장품 규격(INCI)의 명칭 ; 아크릴레이트), 디메틸트리에톡시실란, N-라우로일 L-라이신(N-Lauroyl L-Lysine), 소듐라울리글루타메이트, 세라마이드 및 이들 중 2이상의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 화장품용 코팅분체. - (1) 분체 80 내지 98중량%에 상기 분체 상에 코팅되는 제1 실리콘 오일로서 디페닐실록시페닐트리메치콘(diphenylsiloxy phenyl trimethicone) 1 내지 10중량%와 상기 분체 상에 코팅되는 제2 실리콘 오일로서 트리에톡시실릴에틸폴리디메틸실록시에틸헥실디메치콘(triethoxysilylethyl polydimethylsiloxyethyl hexyl dimethicone) 1 내지 10중량%의 혼합물을 첨가하고, 200 내지 900rpm에서 1 내지 5분간 혼합하여 분체-실리콘 오일 혼합물을 수득하는 혼합단계;
(2) 상기 혼합단계에서 수득되는 분체-실리콘 오일 혼합물을 100℃내지 160℃에서 120 내지 420분간 건조시키는 건조단계; 및
(3) 상기 건조단계에서 수득되는 건조된 생성물을 분쇄하는 분쇄단계;
를 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 화장품용 코팅분체의 제조방법. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 혼합단계 이전에 상기 혼합단계에서 사용되는 미코팅된 상태의 상기 분체 만을 200 내지 900rpm에서 1 내지 5분간 교반시키는 교반단계가 더 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 화장품용 코팅분체의 제조방법. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 혼합단계에서 상기 제1 실리콘 오일과 제2 실리콘 오일에 더해 제3 실리콘 오일을 더 혼합함을 특징으로 하는 화장품용 코팅분체의 제조방법.
