Description
도 2는 자동차의 골격 부재의 구조를 도시하는 사시도이다.
도 3은 상기 실시 형태에 관한 부재 충돌 시험기의 사시도이다.
도 4는 상기 부재 충돌 시험기의 측면도이다.
도 5는 부분 구조 모델 CAE 해석에 의한 경계 조건의 조정 결과를 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 6은 부재 충돌 시험기의 지지부에 있어서의 경계 조건으로서 3종류의 다른 조건을 사용하여 부분 구조 충돌을 시뮬레이트한 결과이다.

Claims (3)
- 자동차 부재의 충돌 성능의 평가에 사용되는 충돌 시험기이며, 조사 대상으로 되는 실물 부재를 지지하는 단수 또는 복수의 지지점과,
상기 실물 부재에 대해, 회전 자유도, 병진 자유도 중 적어도 하나를 부여하는 가동 지지부와,
상기 실물 부재에 대해, 회전 변형 저항, 병진 변형 저항 중 적어도 하나를 부여하는 저항 부여부와,
상기 실물 부재를 압박하는, 하중 인가 장치를 구비하며,
상기 실물 부재는 자동차의 일부 골격 부재인 것을 특징으로 하는, 충돌 시험기. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가동 지지부가 회전축을 포함하고,
상기 저항 부여부가 상기 회전축에 접속된 플라이 휠을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 충돌 시험기. - 제2항에 있어서, 상기 회전축이 원웨이 클러치를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 충돌 시험기.
