Claims (11)
- 냉각 운전 시에 압축기(21), 실외 열교환기(23), 팽창 기구(24, 26) 및 실내 열교환기(41)의 순으로 냉매가 흐르고, 가열 운전 시에 상기 압축기, 상기 실내 열교환기, 상기 팽창 기구 및 상기 실외 열교환기의 순으로 냉매가 흐르는 냉동 장치에 있어서,
상기 실내 열교환기가 크로스 핀형 열교환기, 상기 실외 열교환기가 적층형 열교환기이며, 상기 실내 열교환기에 대한 상기 실외 열교환기의 용적비가 0.3 내지 0.9이며,
상기 팽창 기구는, 냉동 사이클에 있어서의 고압의 냉매를 냉동 사이클에 있어서의 중간압까지 감압하는 상류측 팽창 기구와, 상기 상류측 팽창 기구에 있어서 감압된 냉동 사이클에 있어서의 중간압의 냉매를 냉동 사이클에 있어서의 저압까지 감압하는 하류측 팽창 기구를 갖고 있으며,
상기 실외 열교환기, 상기 상류측 팽창 기구 및 상기 하류측 팽창 기구는 실외 유닛(2)에 설치되고, 상기 실내 열교환기는 실내 유닛(4)에 설치되며, 상기 실외 유닛과 상기 실내 유닛은 액 냉매 연락관(5)을 통해서 접속되어 있고,
상기 냉매는 R32이며,
상기 상류측 팽창 기구와 상기 하류측 팽창 기구 사이에는, 상기 상류측 팽창 기구에 의해 감압된 냉동 사이클에 있어서의 중간압의 냉매를 저류하는 냉매 저류 탱크(25)가 설치되어 있고,
상기 냉매 저류 탱크는 상기 냉각 운전 시에 상기 실외 열교환기의 용적이 상기 실내 열교환기의 용적보다도 작은 것에 기인해서 발생하는 잉여 냉매를 수용하는 냉동 장치(1). - 냉각 운전 시에 압축기(21), 실외 열교환기(23), 팽창 기구(24, 26) 및 실내 열교환기(41)의 순으로 냉매가 흐르고, 가열 운전 시에 상기 압축기, 상기 실내 열교환기, 상기 팽창 기구 및 상기 실외 열교환기의 순으로 냉매가 흐르는 냉동 장치에 있어서,
상기 실외 열교환기의 용적은 상기 실내 열교환기 용적의 30% 내지 90%이며,
상기 팽창 기구는, 냉동 사이클에 있어서의 고압의 냉매를 냉동 사이클에 있어서의 중간압까지 감압하는 상류측 팽창 기구와, 상기 상류측 팽창 기구에 있어서 감압된 냉동 사이클에 있어서의 중간압의 냉매를 냉동 사이클에 있어서의 저압까지 감압하는 하류측 팽창 기구를 갖고 있으며,
상기 실외 열교환기, 상기 상류측 팽창 기구 및 상기 하류측 팽창 기구는 실외 유닛(2)에 설치되고, 상기 실내 열교환기는 실내 유닛(4)에 설치되며, 상기 실외 유닛과 상기 실내 유닛은 액 냉매 연락관(5)을 통해서 접속되어 있고,
상기 냉매는 R32이며,
상기 상류측 팽창 기구와 상기 하류측 팽창 기구 사이에는, 상기 상류측 팽창 기구에 의해 감압된 냉동 사이클에 있어서의 중간압의 냉매를 저류하는 냉매 저류 탱크(25)가 설치되어 있고,
상기 냉매 저류 탱크는 상기 냉각 운전 시에 상기 실외 열교환기의 용적이 상기 실내 열교환기의 용적보다도 작은 것에 기인해서 발생하는 잉여 냉매를 수용하는 냉동 장치(1). - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 실외 열교환기(23)는, 간격을 두고 겹쳐지도록 배열된 복수의 편평관과, 인접하는 상기 편평관에 끼워진 핀을 갖는 적층형 열교환기인 냉동 장치(1). - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 실외 열교환기(23)는, 간격을 두고 겹쳐지도록 배열된 복수의 편평관과, 상기 편평관이 삽입되는 절결이 형성된 핀을 갖는 적층형 열교환기인 냉동 장치(1). - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 실외 열교환기(23)는, 사행 형상으로 성형된 편평관과, 상기 편평관의 서로 인접하는 면 사이에 끼워진 핀을 갖는 적층형 열교환기인 냉동 장치(1). - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 실외 열교환기(23) 및 상기 실내 열교환기(41)는 크로스 핀형 열교환기이며,
상기 실외 열교환기의 전열관 직경은 상기 실내 열교환기의 전열관 직경보다도 좁게 설정되어 있는 냉동 장치(1). - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 냉매 저류 탱크(25) 내에 저류되는 냉매의 가스 성분을 상기 압축기(21) 또는 상기 압축기의 흡입측의 냉매관으로 유도하는 바이패스관(30)이 더 설치되어 있는 냉동 장치(1). - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 바이패스관(30)은 유량 조정 기구(30a)를 갖는 냉동 장치(1). - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 냉매 저류 탱크(25)는 기액 분리기인 냉동 장치(1). - 삭제
