Claims (7)
- 전지 조립체 및 전해액;상기 전지 조립체 및 전해액을 패키징하고 있는 제1차 파우치; 및상기 제1차 파우치로 패키징된 전지를 패키징하고 있는 제2차 파우치를 포함하며,상기 제1차 파우치에서의 실링부와 제2차 파우치에서의 실링부는 서로 중첩되지 않게 배치되는 한편, 상기 제2차 파우치의 실링은 제1차 파우치의 실링부 밖에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 이차전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1차 파우치는 전해액에 용해되지 않는 재질의 고분자 수지로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 이차전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2차 파우치는 금속박 재질로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 이차전지.
- 삭제
- 전지조립체 및 전해액을 제1차 파우치 내에 넣고 가실링하는 단계;상기 가실링된 전지에 대해 충방전 사이클을 실시하여 전지를 활성화하는 단계;제1차 파우치를 개봉하여 상기 충방전으로 발생된 가스를 디개싱하는 단계;상기 제1차 파우치를 리실링하는 단계; 및상기 제1차 파우치로 패키징된 전지를 제2차 파우치 내에 넣고 최종 실링하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 제1차 파우치에서의 실링부와 제2차 파우치에서의 실링부는 서로 중첩되지 않게 배치되는 한편, 상기 제2차 파우치의 실링은 제1차 파우치의 실링부 밖에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 이차전지의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 제1차 파우치를 리실링하는 단계, 및 상기 제2차 파우치를 최종 실링하는 단계에서, 각각의 파우치의 실링압력은 0.1 ~ 5㎫인 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치 형 이차전지의 제조방법.
