Abstract
상기 섬유는 말단 카르복실기(CEG) 함량이 30eq/Ton 이하이고, 단사섬도가 5데니어 이하이며, PET 섬유를 경사나 위사 어느 한쪽 혹은 경사와 위사 모두에 사용한 것을 특징으로 한다.
Description
각각 제조된 칩을 압출기를 사용하여 beam온도 300℃의 온도, B/L 배기 80mmAq 방사조건으로 용융방사하였다. 이후, 방출사를 노즐 직하 길이 120mm의 가열 구역(분위기 온도 350℃) 및 길이 500mm의 냉각구역(20℃, 0.5m/초의 풍속을 갖는 냉각공기 취입)을 통과시켜 고화시킨 다음 방사 유제를 0.6% 부착시켜 오일링하였다.
이후, 각각의 미연신사를 고뎃롤러 1번 속도 550m/분, 고뎃롤러 4번 속도 3,300m/분, 연신비 6.0 조건에서 연신 및 권취하여 하기 표 1에 기재된 총섬도를 갖는 최종 연신사(원사) A, B, C, D를 각각 제조하였다.

Claims (4)
- 고유점도가 0.8 내지 1.3dl/g인 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 칩을 방사하여 제조된 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 섬유에 있어서,
상온에서 1.0g/d의 초기 응력에 처해졌을 때 4% 미만 신장하고, 3.0g/d의 응력에 처해졌을 때는 8% 이상 신장하는 힘-변형 곡선을 갖고, 절단 신도가 30% 이상인 에어백용 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 섬유.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 섬유는 말단 카르복실기(CEG) 함량이 30eq/Ton 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백용 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 섬유.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 섬유는 단사섬도가 5 데니어 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백용 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 섬유.
- 청구항 1항의 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 섬유를 경사나 위사 어느 한쪽 혹은 경사와 위사 모두에 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백용 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 직물.
