Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 제 1 기판을 제공하는 단계;상기 제 1 기판과 대향하는 제 2 기판을 제공하는 단계;상기 제 1 및 제 2 기판 중 적어도 어느 하나의 내측면에 하기 화학식 1을 포함하는 배향 조성물을 도포하여 배향 전구체막을 형성하는 단계;상기 배향 전구체막에 광을 조사하여 하기 화학식 1을 말레이미드기를 갖는 시클로부탄이미드링계 화합물 및 말레이미드기 및 방향족 화합물을 포함하는 부산물로 분해하여 배향막을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 제 1 및 제 2 기판사이에 액정층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 액정표시장치의 제조 방법.[화학식 1]여기서, R은 방향족계 화합물이다.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 배향막을 형성하는 단계는상기 배향막에 가교 공정을 수행하여 상기 부산물을 서로 가교시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 광을 조사하는 단계는 질소 분위기하에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 가교 공정은 상기 배향막에 열처리하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 가교 공정은 100 내지 300℃에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 가교 공정은 질소 분위기하에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조 방법.
