Abstract
즉, 본 발명은 하이브리드 차량의 감속 직후 재가속이 요구되는 주행 상황의 경우, 엔진 클러치의 접합 상태를 유지시키는 제어를 실시하여, 엔진 클러치 접합 해제 및 재접합에 따른 운전성 및 가속성능이 저하되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 한 하이브리드 차량의 클러치 제어 장치 및 방법을 제공하고자 한 것이다.

Claims (6)
- 엔진과 모터의 사이에 설치되는 엔진 클러치의 접합 및 접합 해제를 제어하는 하이브리드 차량의 클러치 제어 장치에 있어서,
상기 엔진 클러치가 접합된 상태에서, 하이브리드 차량의 감속 직후, 재가속이 요구되는 주행 상황을 감지하는 재가속 요구 감지수단과;
상기 재가속 요구 감지수단의 감지 신호를 수신하는 경우, 상기 엔진 클러치의 접합 해제 조건을 만족하더라도 엔진 클러치의 접합 상태를 유지시키는 제어를 실행하는 컨트롤러;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 클러치 제어 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 재가속 요구 감지수단은:
좌측 및 우측 턴 시그널 램프의 스위치를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 클러치 제어 장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 스위치의 턴 온 신호가 클러스터로 전송될 때의 캔 신호가 컨트롤러에 함께 전송되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 클러치 제어 장치.
- 엔진과 모터의 사이에 설치되는 엔진 클러치의 접합 제어 단계 및 접합 해제 제어 단계를 포함하는 하이브리드 차량의 클러치 제어 방법에 있어서,
상기 엔진 클러치가 접합된 상태에서, 하이브리드 차량의 감속 직후, 재가속이 요구되는 주행 상황을 감지하는 단계와;
상기 재가속이 요구되는 주행 상황을 감지하면, 상기 엔진 클러치의 접합 해제 조건을 만족하더라도 엔진 클러치의 접합 상태를 유지시키는 제어 단계;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 클러치 제어 방법.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 재가속이 요구되는 주행 상황을 감지하는 단계는:
좌측 또는 우측 턴 시그널 램프의 스위치의 턴 온 신호를 감지하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 클러치 제어 방법.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 재가속이 요구되는 주행 상황을 감지하는 단계는:
좌측 또는 우측 턴 시그널 램프의 스위치의 턴 온 신호가 클러스터로 전송될 때의 신호를 감지하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 클러치 제어 방법.
