- 중량%, C: 0.07~0.15%, Si: 0.01~0.3%, Mn: 1.0~2.0%, Al: 0.03~0.3%, Cr: 0.005~0.3%, Mo: 0.001~0.2%, N: 0.001~0.01%, P: 0.005~0.05%, S: 0.001~0.05%, 잔부 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물을 포함하고, 상기 각 성분들은 하기 수학식 1을 만족하고, 인장강도와 균일연신율의 곱이 7000이상인 용접성 및 하이드로포밍 가공성이 우수한 고강도 열연강판.
수학식 1: 10.646 + 0.2C + 0.25Si + 0.3Mn - 0.1Cr + 0.55Al + 0.2Mo -4.23Ti - 2.5Nb - 2.9V ≤ 11
(단, 상기 수학식 1에서 C, Si, Mn, Cr, Al, Mo, Ti, Nb 및 V는 각각 해당원소의 함량(중량%)임)
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 Nb, Ti 및 V 중에서 선택된 1종 이상을 합하여 0.001~0.15% 더 포함하는 용접성 및 하이드로포밍 가공성이 우수한 고강도 열연강판.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 열연강판의 미세조직은 페라이트 및 제2상을 포함하고, 상기 페라이트는 면전분율%로, 90% 이상인 용접성 및 하이드로포밍 가공성이 우수한 고강도 열연강판.
- 중량%, C: 0.07~0.15%, Si: 0.01~0.3%, Mn: 1.0~2.0%, Al: 0.03~0.3%, Cr: 0.005~0.3%, Mo: 0.001~0.2%, N: 0.001~0.01%, P: 0.005~0.05%, S: 0.001~0.05%, 잔부 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물을 포함하고, 상기 각 성분들은 하기 수학식 1을 만족하는 강 슬라브를 준비하는 단계;
상기 강 슬라브를 1200~1300℃에서 재가열하는 단계;
상기 재가열된 강 슬라브를 850~1000℃의 마무리압연온도로 열간압연하여 강판을 얻는 단계;
상기 열간압연된 강판을 10~100℃/초의 냉각속도로 냉각하는 단계; 및
상기 냉각된 강판을 권취하는 단계를 포함하는 용접성 및 하이드로포밍 가공성이 우수한 고강도 열연강판의 제조방법.

상기 열연강판의 인장강도와 균일연신율의 곱이 7000이상인 용접성 및 하이드로포밍 가공성이 우수한 고강도 열연강판의 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 권취하는 단계에서 권취는 500~700℃에서 행하는 용접성 및 하이드로포밍 가공성이 우수한 고강도 열연강판의 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 열연강판을 산세처리 후 450~480℃에서 재가열하고 용융아연도금을 행하는 단계를 더 포함하여 용융아연도금강판 제조가 가능한 용접성 및 하이드로포밍 가공성이 우수한 고강도 열연강판의 제조방법.
