Description
도 1 은 콤프레서의 작동을 제어하는 본 발명의 제어 유닛에 의해 이용되는 2 중 PID 루프의 개략적인 도면이다.
도 2 는 상이한 유입 공기 온도들에 대한 모터 권선 온도/전력을 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 3 은 모터 권선 온도/공기 유입 온도를 도시하는 그래프이다.

Claims (5)
- 목표 전달 압력(target delivery pressure)에서 압축 개스를 제공하고 과도한 모터 전력 소비를 방지하는 콤프레서의 제어 방법으로서, 콤프레서는 모터 권선(motor windings)을 가진 가변 속도 모터에 의해서 구동되고,
개스 유입 온도, 개스 전달 압력(gas delivery pressure), 모터 속도 및 모터 권선 온도는 콤프레서의 작동중에 연속적으로 측정되고;
개스 유입 온도는 미리 정해진 최대 모터 권선 온도를 결정하는데 이용되고;
최대 모터 권선 온도는 최대 모터 속도를 설정하는데 이용되고;
최대 모터 속도, 목표 전달 압력 및 개스 전달 압력은 최대 모터 속도 아래의 실제 모터 속도를 제어하는데 이용되는, 콤프레서의 제어 방법. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
개스 유출 전달 압력은 제어 입력으로서 2 중 PID 루프의 제 1 루프로 공급되고, 제 1 루프의 제어 출력은 모터 속도인, 콤프레서의 제어 방법. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
측정된 모터 권선 온도는 제어 입력으로서 2 중 PID 루프의 제 2 루프로 공급되고, 제 2 루프의 제어 출력은 최대 모터 속도인, 콤프레서의 제어 방법. - 삭제
