Abstract
Description
도 2는 AKR/J와 ICR 생쥐를 저준위 (0.7 mGy/시간) 전리방사선 조사한 후 사육하면서, AKR/J 생쥐가 흉선암으로 폐사가 시작되는 시점 (100일)을 규정하여 흉선을 채취하여 흉선 무게를 계측하고, 이것을 지표로 방사선에 민감한 당대사 관련 유전자 반응을 분석한 그래프이다.

Claims (11)
- ⅰ) 흉선암 유발된 AKR/J 생쥐와 정상의 ICR 생쥐에 0.7 mGy/시간의 세기로 최종 1.7 Gy의 방사선량의 감마선(Cs-137)의 저준위 전리방사선을 조사하는 단계;
ⅱ) 상기 AKR/J 생쥐와 ICR 생쥐로부터 흉선을 채취하는 단계;
ⅲ) 상기 흉선에서 유전자를 분리하고 상기 유전자에 대한 마이크로어레이를 수행하는 단계;
ⅳ) 상기 마이크로어레이로부터 IRS1(NM_010570), Glut1(NM_011400), Glut4(NM_009204), LPK(NM_013631) 및 G6pc(NM_008061)로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 당대사 관련 유전자를 분류하는 단계; 및
ⅴ) 상기 유전자를 증폭하고 발현량을 측정하는 단계;를 포함하며, 흉선암 유발 개체에서 발굴하고 정상개체에서 검증되는 저준위 전리방사선에 민감한 유전자의 검출 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 방법은 흉선암 진단용 키트의 제작, 암 환자의 암 진행 및 치료 정도의 평가, 산업 및 의료종사자의 방사선 피폭과 발암과의 상관성 평가, 방사선과 암 발생 인과관계 평가, 방사선 피폭에 대한 생물학적 선량평가 또는 저준위 전리전리방사선에 의한 흉선암 발생 및 진행도 평가의 지표로 활용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저준위 전리방사선에 민감한 유전자의 검출 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 ⅱ) 단계의 흉선의 채취는 암으로 인하여 폐사가 시작되는 시점에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 저준위 전리방사선에 민감한 유전자의 검출 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 IRS1(NM_010570) 유전자는 서열번호 1 및 2로 기재되는 프라이머, Glut1(NM_011400) 유전자는 서열번호 3 및 4로 기재되는 프라이머, Glut4(NM_009204) 유전자는 서열번호 5 및 6으로 기재되는 프라이머, LPK(NM_013631) 유전자는 서열번호 7 및 8로 기재되는 프라이머, 그리고, G6pc(NM_008061) 유전자는 서열번호 9 및 10으로 기재되는 프라이머로 증폭되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저준위 전리방사선에 민감한 유전자의 검출 방법.
- 삭제
- 흉선암 악화에 관여하는 당대사 관련 유전자인 IRS1(NM_010570), Glut1(NM_011400), Glut4(NM_009204), LPK(NM_013631) 및 G6pc(NM_008061)로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 유전자의 염기서열을 포함한 흉선암에 대한 진단용 마커를 포함하는 흉선암 진단용 키트.
- 흉선암 악화에 관여하는 당대사 관련 유전자인 IRS1(NM_010570), Glut1(NM_011400), Glut4(NM_009204), LPK(NM_013631) 및 G6pc(NM_008061)로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 유전자의 염기서열을 포함한 흉선암에 대한 진단용 마커를 포함하는 흉선암 진단용 마이크로 어레이.
- i) 사람을 제외한 흉선암을 갖는 포유동물에 방사선을 조사하는 단계;
ⅱ) 상기 방사선이 조사된 포유동물로부터 적출한 흉선 조직과 시험물질을 접촉시키는 단계; 및
ⅲ) 상기 흉선 조직으로부터 흉선암 악화에 관여하는 당대사 관련 유전자인 IRS1(NM_010570), Glut1(NM_011400), Glut4(NM_009204), LPK(NM_013631) 및 G6pc(NM_008061)로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 유전자의 발현변화를 측정하는 단계;를 포함하는 흉선암에 대한 유전자의 검출방법.
