Abstract
본 발명에 따른 고강도 냉연강판 제조 방법은 (a) 중량%로, 탄소(C) : 0.05~0.1%, 실리콘(Si) : 0.05~0.15%, 망간(Mn) : 2.0~2.4%, 인(P) : 0.1% 이하, 황(S) : 0.003% 이하, 알루미늄(Al) : 0.3~1.0%, 크롬(Cr) : 0.2~0.6%, 몰리브덴(Mo) : 0.03~0.07%, 티타늄(Ti) : 0.005~0.03%, 질소(N) : 0.006중량% 이하 및 나머지 철(Fe)과 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 강 슬라브를 마무리압연온도 880~920℃ 조건으로 열간압연하고, 냉각한 후 540~580℃에서 권취하여 열연강판을 제조하는 단계; (b) 상기 열연강판을 산세처리한 후 냉간압연하는 단계; 및 (c) 상기 냉간압연된 강판을 소둔 처리하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (8)
- (a) 중량%로, 탄소(C) : 0.05~0.1%, 실리콘(Si) : 0.05~0.15%, 망간(Mn) : 2.0~2.4%, 인(P) : 0% 초과 내지 0.1% 이하, 황(S) : 0% 초과 내지 0.003% 이하, 알루미늄(Al) : 0.3~1.0%, 크롬(Cr) : 0.2~0.6%, 몰리브덴(Mo) : 0.03~0.07%, 티타늄(Ti) : 0.005~0.03%, 질소(N) : 0% 초과 내지 0.006중량% 이하 및 나머지 철(Fe)과 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 강 슬라브를 마무리압연온도 880~920℃ 조건으로 열간압연하고, 냉각한 후 540~580℃에서 권취하여 열연강판을 제조하는 단계;
(b) 상기 열연강판을 산세처리한 후 냉간압연하는 단계; 및
(c) 상기 냉간압연된 강판을 소둔 처리하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 냉연강판 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (c) 단계는
(c1) 770~810℃로 가열하여 100~150초 동안 가열 유지하는 단계와,
(c2) 상기 가열 유지된 강판을 520~560℃까지 1차 냉각하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 냉연강판 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 냉연강판 제조 방법은
(d) 상기 1차 냉각된 강판을 490~580℃에서 항온 유지하는 단계; 및
(e) 상기 항온 유지된 강판을 2차 냉각하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 냉연강판 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 1차 냉각은
5~15℃/sec의 평균냉각속도로 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 냉연강판 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 1차 냉각은
가스젯(Gasjet) 냉각 방식으로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 냉연강판 제조 방법.
- 중량%로, 탄소(C) : 0.05~0.1%, 실리콘(Si) : 0.05~0.15%, 망간(Mn) : 2.0~2.4%, 인(P) : 0% 초과 내지 0.1% 이하, 황(S) : 0% 초과 내지 0.003% 이하, 알루미늄(Al) : 0.3~1.0%, 크롬(Cr) : 0.2~0.6%, 몰리브덴(Mo) : 0.03~0.07%, 티타늄(Ti) : 0.005~0.03%, 질소(N) : 0% 초과 내지 0.006중량% 이하 및 나머지 철(Fe)과 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지며,
연신율 23% 이상 및 항복비(YP/TS) 0.63 이하를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 냉연강판.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 냉연강판은
미세조직이, 페라이트를 주상으로 하고, 마르텐사이트를 제2상으로 하며, 상기 페라이트 60~70% 및 상기 마르텐사이트 30~40%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 냉연강판.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 냉연강판은
인장강도 780MPa 이상을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 냉연강판.
