Description
도 2는 외기온이 고온인 경우, 차량의 주행시간 동안 배터리에 수렴되는 온도변화를 나타낸 도면.
도 3은 본 발명에 의한 배터리의 냉각 제어방법을 순차적으로 나타낸 도면.
도 4는 본 발명에 의한 배터리의 냉각 제어방법에 대한 제어 흐름을 나타낸 도면.
도 5는 본 발명에 따른 배터리의 냉각 제어시스템을 나타낸 도면.
도 6은 본 발명에서 외기온이 일정 온도를 초과하는 경우에 냉각팬 단수 조절 동작을 설명하기 위한 도면.
Claims (8)
- 차량의 외기온 및 배터리의 온도를 측정하는 측정단계(S300);
차량의 외기온이 제1온도를 초과하는 경우 배터리온도와 외기온을 반영하여 냉각기준온도가 설정되는 설정단계(S400);
설정된 냉각기준온도에 따라 냉각팬의 단수가 조절되어 냉각됨으로써, 냉각이 종료되는 배터리의 온도가 제2온도를 초과하지 않도록 냉각 제어하는 냉각단계(S500);를 포함하며, 상기 설정단계(S400)에서는, 측정된 외기온에서 제1온도를 빼고, 배터리 온도를 더하여 냉각기준온도를 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리의 냉각 제어방법. - 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1온도는 40℃이며, 상기 제2온도는 45℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리의 냉각 제어방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 냉각단계(S500)에서는, 상기 냉각기준온도가 제2온도 이상이고, 제3온도 이하인 경우 상기 냉각기준온도를 제2온도 미만으로 낮출 수 있는 세기의 냉각팬의 단수로 조절하여 배터리를 냉각하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리의 냉각 제어방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 냉각단계(S500)에서는, 상기 냉각기준온도가 제3온도를 초과하는 경우 상기 냉각기준온도를 제2온도 미만으로 낮출 수 있는 세기의 냉각팬의 단수로 조절하여 배터리를 냉각하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리의 냉각 제어방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
내비게이션에 목적지를 설정하여, 목적지에 도착하기까지 남은 도착예정시간정보를 입력받는 입력단계(S100);
상기 예정시간이 기준시간 이내인 경우, 측정된 외기온에 따라 배터리의 냉각 제어를 결정하는 도착시간반영단계(S200);를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리의 냉각 제어방법. - 차량의 외기온 및 배터리의 온도를 측정하는 측정부(10);
차량의 외기온이 제1온도를 초과하는 경우 배터리온도와 외기온을 반영하여 냉각기준온도가 설정되는 설정부(20);
설정된 냉각기준온도에 따라 냉각팬의 단수가 조절되어 냉각됨으로써, 냉각이 종료되는 배터리의 온도가 제2온도를 초과하지 않도록 냉각 제어하는 냉각제어부(30);를 포함하며,
상기 설정부(20)는 측정된 외기온에서 제1온도를 빼고, 배터리 온도를 더하여 냉각기준온도를 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리의 냉각 제어시스템. - 차량의 외기온 및 배터리의 온도를 측정하며, 차량의 외기온이 제1온도를 초과하는 경우 측정된 외기온에서 제1온도를 빼고, 배터리온도를 더하여 냉각기준온도가 설정되고, 설정된 냉각기준온도에 따라 냉각팬의 단수가 조절되어 냉각됨으로써, 냉각이 종료되는 배터리의 온도가 제2온도를 초과하지 않도록 냉각 제어하는 제어부(40);를 포함하는 배터리의 냉각 제어시스템.
