Claims (9)
- (A) 열가소성 스티렌 엘라스토머 수지 25~35중량부;
(B) 폴리페닐렌 에테르계 수지 5~15중량부;
(C) 파라핀 오일 30~50중량부;
(D) 폴리프로필렌계 수지 5~15중량부;
(E) 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체, 에틸렌-부텐 공중합체 및 에틸렌-옥텐 공중합체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 고무 증량제 3~15중량부; 및
(F) 무기충전제 5~20중량부
를 포함하여 이루어지는 열가소성 고무 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 스티렌 엘라스토머 수지는 스티렌-부타디엔-스티렌, 스티렌-이소프렌-스티렌, 스티렌-이소프렌-부타디엔-스티렌, 스티렌-에틸렌-부틸렌-스티렌, 스티렌-에틸렌-프로필렌-스티렌 및 스티렌-에틸렌-에틸렌-프로필렌-스티렌 블록 공중합체 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 고무 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리페닐렌 에테르계 수지는 폴리(2,6-디메틸-1,4-페닐렌)에테르, 폴리(2,6-디에틸-1,4-페닐렌)에테르, 폴리(2,6-디프로필-1,4-페닐렌)에테르, 폴리(2-메틸-6-에틸-1,4-페닐렌)에테르, 폴리(2-에틸-6-프로필-1,4-페닐렌)에테르 및 폴리(2-메틸-6-프로필-1,4-페닐렌)에테르로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 고무 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 파라핀 오일은 인화점이 250℃ 이상이고, 중량 평균 분자량은 200~700g/mol이며, 점도가 50~95cP(40℃ 기준)인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 고무 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌계 수지는 프로필렌 단독중합체, 프로필렌 블록 공중합체 및 프로필렌 랜덤 공중합체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 고무 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌계 수지는 용융지수가 20~50g/10분(ASTM D1238, 230℃, 2.16kg)인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 고무 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 무기충전제는 탄산칼슘, 탈크, 클레이, 유리섬유, 운모, 규회석 및 실리카로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 고무 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항 또는 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 고무 조성물은 용융흐름지수(ASTM D1238, 230℃, 5.0kg)가 3~10g/10분이며, 쇼어 A 경도가 30~45이고, 사출한 아령형 3호 시편(MD 방향)으로 측정한 인장강도가 60kgf/㎠ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 고무 조성물.
