Abstract
이를 위한 본 발명은, 크라이오 펌프(10)에는 크라이오 냉동기(11)가 내장된 크라이오 펌프용기(12)로 구성되어; 상기 크라이오 펌프용기(12)에 내장된 방사실드(13)내에는 제 2 크라이오 패널(14)와 제 1 크라이오 패널(15)이 각각 설치되고, 상기 방사실드(13)에는 제 2 크라이오 패널 온도센서(17)와 제 1 크라이오 패널 온도센서(18)가, 크라이오 냉동기(11)에는 크라이오펌프 압력센서 또는 게이지(19)가 각각 부착되며; 상기 크라이오 펌프용기(12)에는 릴리프 밸브(40)가 설치되는 한편, 퍼지가스 밸브(20)의 퍼지가스 공급배관(21)이 관통되어 2 개의 퍼지 가스노즐(22)로써 상기 방사실드(13)내까지 연장되고; 상기 크라이오 냉동기(11)에는 크라이오 냉동기 구동부(16)가 설치되고, 상기 방사실드(13)내와 제 2 크라이오 패널(14)에는 제 1 크라이오 패널 퍼지히터블록(23)와 제 2 크라이오 패널 퍼지 히터블록(24)이 각각 부착된 것을 특징으로 한다.

도 3 은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 퍼지가스를 이용한 크라이오 패널 가열시스템을 도시해 놓은 구성도,
도 4 는 도 3 에 도시된 제 1/ 제 2 크라이오 패널 퍼지히터블록과 퍼지가스노즐을 상세히 도시해 놓은 도면,
도 5 는 퍼지히터블록의 일 실시예를 도시해 놓은 도면,
도 6 은 퍼지 히터블록의 퍼지가스 유로 개략도,
도 7 은 크라이오 펌프시스템에서 재생사이클의 그래프이다.

Claims (5)
- 삭제
- 가스 및 수분을 흡착, 응축, 응고하여 고진공을 실현하는 제 1 크라이오 패널(15)과 제 2 크라이오 패널(14);
상기 크라이오 패널(15, 14)의 온도를 극저온까지 도달시키는 크라이오 냉동기(11);
그리고 외부에서 크라이오 펌프(10) 내부로 전달되는 복사열을 차단하고 제 1 크라이오 패널(15)의 열을 크라이오 냉동기(11)로 전달하는 방사 실드(13) 및;
크라이오 펌프(10)내의 진공계를 유지하는 펌프용기(12)로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 퍼지가스를 이용한 크라이오 패널 가열시스템.
- 크라이오 펌프(10)의 재생시간을 단축하기 위하여, 외부로부터 유입되는 퍼지 가스 라인(21)과 퍼지 가스 밸브(20),
퍼지 가스를 퍼지히터 블록(23, 24)으로 분사하는 퍼지 가스노즐(22),
퍼지 가스를 이용하여 크라이오 냉동기(11) 및 제 2 크라이오 패널(14), 방사 실드(13)를 가열시키는 퍼지히터 블록(23, 24)으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 퍼지가스를 이용한 크라이오 패널 가열시스템.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 외부로부터 유입되는 퍼지 가스배관(21)의 출구부는 입구가 좁아지는 노즐(22) 형태이며, 퍼지 히터 블록(23, 24)의 가스 유입구는 확장된 경사면을 가지는 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 퍼지가스를 이용한 크라이오 패널 가열시스템.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 퍼지 가스배관(21)의 출구부가 퍼지 히터 블록(23, 24)의 가스 유입구보다 작은 형태로 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 퍼지가스를 이용한 크라이오 패널 가열시스템.
