Claims (7)
- 투명성 제 1 전극과 반사성 제 2 전극;상기 제 1 전극과 제 2 전극의 사이에 마련되어 제1전극 측의 제1영역과 제 2 전극 측의 제2영역을 획정(define)하는 공통전극;상기 제 1 영역에 마련되는 녹색 발광부;상기 제 2 영역에 마련되는 청색 발광부; 그리고상기 제 1 전극을 통과하여 외부로 출력되는 광의 경로를 제어하는 OPCL(Optical Path Control Layer):을 구비하는 백색 유기발광소자.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 녹색 발광부는 유기 인광 또는 형광 발광층을 포함하며, 상기 청색 발광부는 유기 형광 발광층을 포함하는 백색 유기발광소자.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 영역에 유기 인광 또는 유기 형광 발광층을 포함하는 적색 발광부가 더 포함되는 백색 유기발광소자.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 영역에 유기 형광 발광층을 포함하는 적색 발광부가 더 구비되어있는 백색 유기발광소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 OPCL은 450 ~ 500nm 범위의 두께를 가지는 것을 백색 유기발광소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 전극과 공통전극은 70% 이상의 투과도를 가지는 백색 유기발광소자.
