Claims (15)
- 외면(10)과 내면(12)이 형성되며 금속으로 이루어진 베이스 몸체(8); 및상기 베이스 몸체의 상기 내면(12)에 적용되는 내부 코팅(14);을 포함하며,상기 내부 코팅(14)은, 폴리올레핀(polyolefines) 또는 폴리아미드(polyamide)에 기초한 열가소성 물질 및 아크릴 물질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 베이스 몸체(8)는, 주철(cast iron)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 베이스 몸체(8)는, 4 mm 이하의 평균 벽두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 내면(12)은, 햄머링(hammering)에 의해 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프.
- (a) 베이스 몸체(8)에 구비된 공정이 수행되지 않은 내면(22)으로부터 거친 부분들(20)을 제거하여 부분적으로 드릴링된 내면(26)을 얻으며, 상기 거친 부분들의 제거는 상기 공정이 수행되지 않은 내면(22)을 부분 드릴링함으로써 수행되는 단계;(b) 상기 드릴링된 내면(26)을 햄머링(hammering)하여 산화물 층을 적어도 부분적으로 제거함으로써 햄머링된 내면(12)을 얻는 단계; 및(c) 내부 코팅(14)을 상기 햄머링된 내면(12)에 적용하며, 상기 코팅은 폴리올레핀(polyolefines) 또는 폴리아미드(polyamide)에 기초한 열가소성 물질을 포함하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 내부 코팅(14)은, 열가소성 물질 및 아크릴 물질로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프의 제조 방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서,상기 내부 코팅(14)을 적용하는 단계는, 상기 베이스 몸체(8)의 표면에 코팅을 위한 고체 입자들(34)의 발사를 포함하며,상기 내부 코팅(14)을 적용하는 단계 이전에, 상기 베이스 몸체(8)는 상기 코팅 입자들(34)의 용융점까지 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프의 제조 방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서,상기 코팅의 적용 단계 이전에, 상기 드릴링 및 햄머링 잔해들이 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프의 제조 방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서,상기 드릴링 단계 이전에, 상기 베이스 몸체를 주철(cast iron)로부터 제조하기 위한 보충적인 단계가 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프의 제조 방법.
- 파이프의 베이스 몸체의 내면에 대한 공정을 수행하기 위한 툴에 있어서,상기 툴(30)은, 중심축(Y-Y)를 구비하며,상기 툴은,상기 툴의 중심축(Y-Y)에 대해 반경방향으로 이동될 수 있는 적어도 하나의 드릴링 날(64)을 구비하는 축 방향의 드릴링부(54); 및상기 툴의 중심축(Y-Y)에 대해 반경방향으로 이동될 수 있으며 상기 툴의 상기 중심축에 평행하게 연장된 자기 고유의 축(Z-Z)을 중심으로 자유롭게 회전하는 적어도 제1의 햄머링 요소(72)를 구비하는 축 방향의 햄머링부(56);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 툴.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 축 방향의 햄머링부(56)는, 상기 중심축에 대해 반경방향으로 이동될 수 있으며 상기 툴의 상기 중심축(Y-Y)에 평행하게 연장된 자기 고유의 축을 중심으로 자유롭게 회전하는 제2 햄머링 요소(72);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 툴.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 베이스 몸체(8)는, 회전타원체형의 흑연철(graphite iron)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 드릴링 및 햄머링 잔해들은, 흡입(suction) 또는 블로잉(blowing)에 의해 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프의 제조 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 베이스 몸체는, 회전타원체형의 흑연철(graphite iron)로부터 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프의 제조 방법.
