Claims (15)
- - 1종 이상의 다관능성 이소시아네이트로 이루어지는 단량체 성분 (a1) 30 내지 90 중량% 및- 1종 이상의 다관능성 방향족 아민으로 이루어지며, 그 중 적어도 1종은 4,4'-디아미노디페닐메탄, 2,4'-디아미노디페닐메탄, 2,2'-디아미노디페닐메탄 및 올리고머 디아미노디페닐메탄으로부터 선택되는 단량체 성분 (a2) 10 내지 70 중량%를 포함하며, 단량체 성분 (a1) 및 (a2)의 중량%의 합이 100 중량%이고, 상기 단량체 성분들이 크세로겔 (xerogel) 중에 중합체 형태로 존재하고, 크세로겔의 부피-가중 평균 세공 직경이 최대 5 ㎛인, 크세로겔.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단량체 성분 (a1) 40 내지 80 중량% 및 단량체 성분 (a2) 20 내지 60 중량%를 포함하는 크세로겔.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단량체 성분 (a2)가 4,4'-디아미노디페닐메탄, 2,4'-디아미노디페닐메탄, 2,2'-디아미노디페닐메탄 및 올리고머 디아미노디페닐메탄으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 다관능성 방향족 아민으로 이루어지는 것인 크세로겔.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단량체 성분 (a1) 50 내지 70 중량% 및 단량체 성분 (a2) 30 내지 50 중량%를 포함하는 크세로겔.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단량체 성분 (a2)가 올리고머 디아미노디페닐메탄을 포함하고 관능가가 2.5 이상인 것인 크세로겔.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단량체 성분 (a1)이 디페닐메탄 4,4'-디이소시아네이트, 디페닐메탄 2,4'-디이소시아네이트, 디페닐메탄 2,2'-디이소시아네이트 및 올리고머 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 다관능성 이소시아네이트로 이루어지는 것인 크세로겔.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분 (a1)이 올리고머 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트를 포함하고 관능가가 2.5 이상인 것인 크세로겔.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분 (a1)이 올리고머 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트를 포함하고, 성분 (a2)가 올리고머 디아미노디페닐메탄을 포함하고, 단량체 성분 (a1)의 관능가와 단량체 성분 (a2)의 관능가의 합이 5.5 이상인 크세로겔.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 크세로겔의 부피-가중 평균 세공 직경이 최대 3 ㎛인 크세로겔.
- (a) 제1항 또는 제2항에서 정의된 단량체 성분 (a1) 및 (a2)를 용매 (C) 중에 포함하는 겔 전구체 (A)를 제공하는 단계;(b) 용매 (C)의 존재하에서 겔 전구체 (A)를 겔로 전환시키는 단계; 및(d) 겔 내에 존재하는 액체의 임계 온도 및 임계 압력 미만의 온도 및 압력에서 겔 내에 존재하는 액체를 기체 상태로 전환시킴으로써 이전 단계에서 수득된 겔을 건조시키는 단계를 포함하는, 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 크세로겔의 제조 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, (c) 단계 (a) 및 단계 (b)에서는 존재하지 않는 1종 이상의 유기 화합물 (D)를 사용하여 생성된 겔을 개질시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하고, 단계들을 a-b-c-d의 순서로 수행하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 용매 (C)의 임계 온도 및 임계 압력 미만의 온도 및 압력에서 용매 (C)를 기체 상태로 전환시켜 생성된 겔을 건조시키는 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 크세로겔을 포함하는 단열 재료.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 크세로겔을 포함하는 진공 단열 패널.
