Description
도 2는 도 1의 파이프 조인트를 구성하는 인디케이터 링의 외관 사시도이다.
도 3은 도 1의 파이프 조인트를 타단부측으로부터 본 정면도이다.
도 4는 도 1의 파이프 조인트에서, 체결 캡을 완전히 체결한 후의 상태를 나타낸 전체 종단면도이다.
도 5는 도 4의 파이프 조인트를 타단부측으로부터 본 정면도이다.
도 6은 본 발명의 제2 실시 형태에 따른 파이프 조인트에서, 체결 캡을 체결하기 전 상태를 나타낸 전체 종단면도이다.
도 7은 도 6의 파이프 조인트에서 체결 캡을 완전하게 체결한 후의 상태를 나타낸 전체 종단면도이다.

Claims (9)
- 내부에 유체가 유통하는 유로(20)를 가진 바디(12)와,
상기 바디(12)의 단부에 자유로이 전진, 후퇴 가능하게 나사 결합되어 상기 단부에 대하여 상기 유체가 유통하는 튜브(14)를 접속하는 체결부재(16)와,
상기 체결부재(16)의 단부와 상기 바디(12) 사이에 설치되어 상기 체결부재(16)에 의한 상기 튜브(14)의 체결시에 상기 체결부재(16)에 대하여 외부로 노출되는 시각 인지용 링(18, 102, 122)을 구비하며,
상기 시각 인지용 링(18, 102, 122)은 자유로이 탄성 변형 가능한 플레이트 형상으로 형성된 환형의 평탄부(48, 104, 124)와, 상기 평탄부(48, 104, 124)의 외측 가장자리부에 대하여 소정 각도 경사지게 직경이 확대되는 경사부(50)를 구비하며, 상기 경사부(50)는 상기 체결부재(16)의 이동에 의하여 밀어 눌려져 상기 바디(12)와의 사이에서 밀착지지됨으로써 상기 평탄부(48, 104, 124)와 대략 동일 평면이 되고, 상기 바디(12)의 축선과 직교하도록 변형하여 직경이 확대되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 조인트. - 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 경사부(50)에는 외주부로부터 상기 평탄부(48, 104, 124)측을 향하여 연장 형성되고, 원주 방향을 따라 상호 이격된 복수의 슬릿(54, 126)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 조인트. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 평탄부(124)의 중앙부에는 홀 부(52)를 가지며 상기 홀 부(52)로부터 상기 경사부(50)측을 향하여 연장 형성되고 원주 방향을 따라 상호 이격된 복수의 별도의 슬릿(128)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 조인트. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 평탄부(104)에는 상기 바디(12)에 맞닿아 접하는 끝면에 상기 바디(12)측을 향하여 돌출된 링 형상 돌기부(106)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 조인트. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 시각 인지용 링(18, 102, 122)은 수지제 재료로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 조인트. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 시각 인지용 링(18, 102, 122)은 채색된 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 조인트. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 시각 인지용 링(18, 102, 122)이 변형된 때의 외주 직경은, 상기 바디(12) 및 체결부재(16)의 최대 외주 직경보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 조인트. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 경사부(50)는, 상기 체결부재(16)에 의하여 밀어 눌려질 때, 상기 평탄부(48, 104, 124)와 접합 부위를 지지점으로 하여 경사 이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 조인트.
