Abstract
Description
도 2는 m-fold로 예측한 선발된 앱타머들의 2차 구조 모델이다.
도 3은 간접적 경합 (Indirect competitive, ic)-ELAA의 결과를 나타낸 도이다. A는 상이한 농도의 앱타머 CTC8을 이용한 CTC에 대한 검량선 (calibration curve)을 나타낸 도이다. B는 완충액 또는 우유 중에서 5 nM CTC8로 수행된 경합선 (competition curve)을 나타낸 도이다.
도 4는 TC, OTC 및 CTC에 대한 5 nM 앱타머 CTC8의 교차-반응도를 나타낸 도이다.

Claims (7)
- GCCCG, GCG, GTGG 및 TGTGCT로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 염기서열로 구성되는 모티프를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 클로르테트라사이클린에 특이적으로 결합하는 핵산 앱타머.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 앱타머는 서열번호 9 내지 13 중 어느 하나의 염기서열을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 핵산 앱타머.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 앱타머는 서열번호 4 내지 8 중 어느 하나의 염기서열로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 핵산 앱타머.
- 청구항 1 내지 3 중 어느 한 항의 핵산 앱타머를 포함하는, 클로르테트라사이클린 검출용 조성물.
- 청구항 1 내지 3 중 어느 한 항의 핵산 앱타머를 시료에 첨가하는 단계를 포함하는, 클로르테트라사이클린의 검출 방법.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 첨가되는 핵산 앱타머는 0.1 nM 내지 100 nM인 것을 특징으로 하는, 클로르테트라사이클린의 검출 방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 3 중 어느 한 항의 핵산 앱타머를 포함하는, 클로르테트라사이클린 검출용 키트.
