Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 리니어 부싱을 이용한 서보 실린더를 도시한 것이다(피스톤 로드가 나온 상태).
도 3은 본 발명에 설계 제작되어 채용된 리니어 부싱의 하나의 실시 예를 도시한 것이다.
바람직하게는 회전방지를 위하여 서보 실린더 외통 내부를 4~6조 다각형 구조로 성형하고, 서보 실린더 외통 내부에 상기 형성된 4~6조 다각형 구조의 형상에 맞추어서 회전방지용 가이드를 형성하여 피스톤 로드 일측에 고정 설치하는 것이다.

Claims (4)
- 리니어 부싱을 하우징 내에 설치한 서보 실린더에 있어서,
나사축을 회전하기 위한 모터;
하우징 내부에 설치되며, 모터의 회전축과 체결되어 회전하는 나사축;
나사축이 시계 방향 또는 반시계 방향으로 회전함에 의하여 직선왕복운동을 하도록 체결된 볼나사 너트;
볼나사 너트와 체결되어 모터의 회전운동에 의하여 직선왕복운동을 하는 피스톤 로드;
피스톤 로드의 원활한 슬라이딩을 위하여 더스트 씰과 리니어 부싱사이에 고정 설치된 디유 부시;
하우징 내에 설치되며, 모터의 회전운동을 커플링과 연결되어 있는 나사축에 견고하게 지지되도록 설치된 회전베어링; 및
볼나사 너트와 체결되어 있는 피스톤 로드의 직선운동용 가이드를 무한직선운동을 하는 리니어 부싱으로 구성하되,
하우징 내부에 설치되어 마찰력을 줄이면서 내구성을 높이기 위하여 피스톤 로드가 직선왕복운동을 하도록 안내하도록 볼을 수용하는 리테이너에 볼이 체결되고,
상기 서보 실린더는 내구성을 높이기 위하여 상기 리니어 부싱에서 외통을 강도와 내구성이 우수한 베어링강으로 구성하며,
회전방지를 위하여 서보 실린더 외통 내부를 4 내지 6조 다각형 구조로 성형하고, 서보 실린더 외통 내부에 상기 형성된 4 내지 6조 다각형 구조의 형상에 맞추어서 회전방지용 가이드를 형성하여 피스톤 로드 일측에 고정 설치함을 특징으로 하는 서보 실린더. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
볼 나사 너트(도1의 20)과 인접하여 홈 또는 돌출부 형상으로 회전 방지용 가이드(도1의 19)가 설치되고,
홈 또는 돌출부 형상의 회전 방지용 가이드에 맞추어서 실린더 외통 내부에 돌출부 또는 홈을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 서보 실린더. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
회전방지용 가이드에 의하여 유지되는 비틀림(회전)각의 범위가 ± 0.2°를 유지함을 특징으로 하는 서보 실린더. - 삭제
