도 2는 본 발명에 따른 차량의 건식클러치 전달토크 특성 탐색방법의 실시예를 도시한 순서도,
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 차량의 건식클러치 전달토크 특성 탐색방법의 제1구동단계 및 제1탐색단계를 그래프로 설명한 도면,
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 차량의 건식클러치 전달토크 특성 탐색방법의 제2구동단계 및 제2탐색단계를 그래프로 설명한 도면이다.

Claims (6)
- 엔진이 시동된 상태에서 브레이크를 작동시키는 제1준비단계(S10)와;
클러치가 해제된 상태로부터 클러치를 체결하는 방향으로 액츄에이터를 구동하는 제1구동단계(S20)와;
상기 제1구동단계(S20) 수행 중, 상기 액츄에이터의 스트로크와 그에 따른 엔진토크를 측정하여, 액츄에이터의 스트로크에 따른 클러치 전달토크로 저장하는 제1탐색단계(S30);를 포함하여 구성되며,
상기 제1구동단계(S20) 및 상기 제1탐색단계(S30)는 상기 엔진의 아이들 상태에서 이루어지고,
상기 제1구동단계(S20)에서는 클러치를 체결하는 방향으로 액츄에이터를 구동하였다가 클러치를 해제하는 방향으로 구동하는 사이에 액츄에이터의 스트로크를 그대로 유지하는 유지기간을 포함하는 것
을 특징으로 하는 차량의 건식클러치 전달토크 특성 탐색방법. - 삭제
- 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1탐색단계(S30) 이후에는,
상기 클러치를 해제하는 제1해제단계(S40)와;
상기 브레이크 작동상태를 유지하면서 가속페달을 밟는 제2준비단계(S50)와;
상기 제2준비단계(S50)에서 조작되는 가속페달에 의해 상승되는 엔진의 토크를 소정의 토크제한값으로 제한하는 토크제한단계(S60)와;
클러치가 해제된 상태로부터 클러치를 체결하는 방향으로 액츄에이터를 구동하여 클러치의 일정한 슬립을 유지하도록 하는 제2구동단계(S70)와;
상기 제2구동단계(S70) 수행 중, 상기 액츄에이터의 스트로크와 그에 따른 엔진토크를 측정하여, 액츄에이터의 스트로크에 따른 클러치 전달토크로 저장하는 제2탐색단계(S80);
를 더 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 건식클러치 전달토크 특성 탐색방법. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 토크제한단계(S60)의 토크제한값을 단계적으로 상승시키면서,
상기 제2구동단계(S70) 및 제2탐색단계(S80)를 반복하여 수행함으로써, 단계적으로 토크가 높은 영역에 대한 액츄에이터의 스트로크에 따른 클러치 전달토크의 특성을 저장하는 것
을 특징으로 하는 차량의 건식클러치 전달토크 특성 탐색방법. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 제2구동단계(S70) 및 제2탐색단계(S80)를 반복하여 수행함에 있어서, 상기 제2탐색단계(S80) 후 다시 상기 제2구동단계(S70)를 수행하기 전에는 클러치를 해제하는 제2해제단계(S90)를 수행하는 것
을 특징으로 하는 차량의 건식클러치 전달토크 특성 탐색방법.
