Claims (6)
- 외측샤프트에 대하여 회전 가능하게 중공이 형성된 이너피스와 상기 이너피스에 대하여 고정되는 이동캠피스를 별도로 성형하여 준비하는 단계;
상기 이동캠피스를 상기 이너피스에 결합하는 결합단계;를 포함하고,
상기 결합단계에서 상기 이동캠피스는 디퓨젼 본딩에 의해 상기 이너피스에 대해 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨센트릭 캠샤프트의 이동캠 제조방법. - 외측샤프트가 끼워지게 중공이 형성된 이너피스와 상기 이너피스에 대하여 고정되는 고정캠피스를 별도로 성형하여 준비하는 단계;
상기 고정캠피스를 상기 이너피스에 결합하는 결합단계;를 포함하고,
상기 결합단계에서 상기 고정캠피스는 디퓨젼 본딩에 의해 상기 이너피스에 대해 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨센트릭 캠샤프트의 고정캠 제조방법. - 장공이 형성되는 외측샤프트와 상기 외측샤프트의 외주면에 고정되는 고정캠을 포함하는 고정부;
상기 외측샤프트의 내부에 끼워지는 내측샤프트와, 상기 외측샤프트의 외측에 배치되는 이동캠과, 상기 이동캠과 상기 내측샤프트를 연결하며 상기 장공에 삽입되는 핀을 포함하는 이동부를 포함하며,
상기 고정캠과 상기 이동캠 중 적어도 하나는 디퓨전 본딩에 의해 상기 외측샤프트의 외측에 배치되는 이너피스에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨센트릭 캠샤프트. - 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 이동캠은 상기 이너피스가 끼워지는 제2관통공이 형성되고,
상기 이동캠의 측부에 상기 제2관통공에 연통되도록 홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨센트릭 캠샤프트. - 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 핀은 스파이럴 스프링으로 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨센트릭 캠샤프트. - 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 이너피스에는 상기 이동캠이 디퓨전 본딩에 의해 고정되며,
상기 이너피스에 형성된 상기 핀이 삽입되는 제1키홈은 일측이 개방되도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨센트릭 캠샤프트.
