도 7은 도 도 3의 자동차 현가장치용 로어아암의 일부 분해 사시도,
도 8은 도 3의 자동차 현가장치용 로어아암의 주요부에 대한 다양한 변형례를 도시한 부분 확대 단면도이다.

Claims (8)
- 차체의 프런트 멤버 조립체에 전후로 이격하여 장착되는 제1 부쉬 장착부와 제2 부쉬 장착부, 일단부가 상기 제1 부쉬 장착부와 연결되고 타단부가 상기 차체의 측면방향으로 돌출되어 휠조립체를 지지하기 위한 볼조인트 장착부와 연결되는 제1 아암과, 일단부가 상기 제1 아암으로부터 일체로 연장 형성되고 타단부가 상기 제2 부쉬 장착부와 연결되는 제2 아암을 갖는 자동차 현가장치용 로어아암(Lower arm)에 있어서,
상기 제1 아암과 상기 제2 아암은 모두 단일의 스틸(steel) 판재를 굴곡 성형하여 일체로 형성되며,
상기 제1 부쉬 장착부와 연결되는 상기 제1 아암의 일단부는, 상기 판재를 굴곡 성형함으로써 서로 축방향으로 평행하게 이격 형성되고 내주연을 통해 상기 제1 부쉬 장착부의 외주연을 접촉 지지하는 한 쌍의 링부재를 구비하고,
상기 제2 부쉬 장착부는 상기 제2 아암의 타단부를 원형으로 굴곡 성형하여 형성됨으로써 상기 제2 아암의 일부로 이루어지며,
상기 제2 부쉬 장착부는 상기 제2 아암의 상기 타단부에 형성되는 스토퍼 슬리브와 상기 스토퍼 슬리브보다 작은 직경의 부쉬 슬리브가 축방향으로 순차 형성되고,
상기 부쉬 슬리브는 그 전체가 외부의 부쉬(bush)에 소정의 탄성부재를 매개로 삽입됨으로써 상기 부쉬를 탄성적으로 지지하고, 상기 스토퍼 슬리브는 적어도 일부가 상기 부쉬에 삽입됨으로써 상기 부쉬 측 내주면과 소정의 간극으로 이격됨으로써 상기 부쉬의 반경방향으로의 유동 범위를 규제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 현가장치용 로어아암. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 한 쌍의 링부재 중 어느 하나는 상기 제1 부쉬 장착부의 외주연을 면접촉 지지하는 제1 홀더 슬리브가 축방향으로 연장 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 현가장치용 로어아암. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 한 쌍의 링부재 중 나머지 하나는 상기 제1 부쉬 장착부의 외주연을 면접촉 지지하는 제2 홀더 슬리브가 축방향으로 연장 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 현가장치용 로어아암. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 제1 및 제2 홀더 슬리브는 상기 축방향을 기준으로 서로 동일한 방향으로 연장 형성되거나 또는 서로 반대되는 방향으로 연장 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 현가장치용 로어아암. - 삭제
