Claims (126)
- 활성 물질(active substance)을 고정 또는 변동 유량으로 환자에게 투여(dispensing)하기 위한 매몰 가능한 주입 펌프(implantable infusion pump)로서,상부면, 활성 물질 챔버(active substance chamber), 제1 유동막(flexible membrane)에 의해 상기 활성 물질 챔버로부터 분리된 추진체 챔버(propellant chamber), 카테터(catheter), 상기 활성 물질 챔버와 유체 전달(fluid communication)을 하는 출구개구부(exit opening) 및 상기 카테터와 유체 전달을 하는 입구개구부(entrance opening)를 가지는 펌프 수용부(pump housing); 및상기 펌프 수용부에 부착된 모듈(module)을 포함하며,상기 모듈은 상기 펌프 수용부의 상기 상부면과 접하는 하부면, 상기 수용부의 상기 출구개구부와 유체 전달을 하는 상기 하부면에 형성된 입구, 상기 수용부의 상기 입구개구부와 유체 전달을 하는 출구, 밸브 본체부 내에 배치되어 그 길이 방향을 따라서 종방향으로 변화하는 단면을 가지는 밸브부, 상기 밸브 본체부 내에서 상기 밸브부를 종향향으로 이동시키기 위한 모터, 상기 활성 물질 챔버에서 상기 활성 물질의 압력을 감지하기 위한 제1 압력 센서 및 상기 제1 압력 센서의 상기 활성 물질 하류(downstream)의 압력을 감지하기 위한 제2 압력 센서를 포함하고,상기 펌프의 작동 중에, 상기 추진체 챔버로부터의 힘에 의해 상기 활성 물질 챔버에서 유출되는 유체는, 상기 수용부의 상기 출구개구부, 상기 모듈의 상기 입구, 상기 모듈의 상기 밸브 본체부, 상기 모듈의 상기 출구, 상기 수용부의 상기 입구개구부, 및 상기 카테터를 통과하는, 매몰 가능한 주입 펌프.
