Claims (20)
- a. 각각의 층이 다수의 고성능 섬유를 가지는 적어도 하나의 직물층; 및b. 소정의 크기의 롤 상에 코팅된 다중방호용 직물을 공급하도록 선택된 에틸렌 아크릴산 공중합체를 포함하고 상기 적어도 하나의 직물층에 접착되는 적어도 하나의 고분자 재료의 코팅층을 포함하는 코팅된 다중방호용 직물(coated multi-threat fabric).
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌 아크릴산 공중합체는 250 g/10 min 내지 1400 g/10 min의 용융 흐름 지수, 40 내지 55의 Shore D 경도, 5.0 내지 12.0 MPa의 극한 인장 강도, 및 15,000 내지 33,000의 분자량을 가지는, 직물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 고성능 섬유는 데니어 당 적어도 15 그램의 강도, 데니어 당 적어도 400 그램의 인장탄성률, 및 330 dtex 내지 3360 dtex의 선형 질량 밀도를 가지는, 직물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 고성능 섬유는 아라미드 섬유, 파라-아라미드 섬유, 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌 섬유, 폴리(p-페닐렌-2,6-벤조비스옥사졸)(PBO) 섬유, 액정 섬유, 및 유리 섬유로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, 직물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 직물층은 제 1 직물층과 제 2 직물층을 포함하고, 적어도 하나의 고분자 재료의 코팅층은 제 1 직물층과 제 2 직물층 사이에 제공되며 제 1 직물층과 제 2 직물층 모두에 접착되는 제 1 코팅층과, 제 1 직물층에 대향하는 제 2 직물층에 접착되는 제 2 코팅층을 포함하는, 코팅된 다중방호용 직물.
- a. 각각의 층이 아라미드 섬유, 파라-아라미드 섬유, 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌 섬유, 폴리(p-페닐렌-2,6-벤조비스옥사졸)(PBO) 섬유, 액정 섬유, 및 유리 섬유로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, 다수의 고성능 섬유를 가지는, 적어도 하나의 직물층; 및b. 폴리에스테르, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리우레탄, 폴리에테르, 폴리부타디엔, 폴리아크릴레이트, 에틸렌 공중합체, 폴리카보네이트, 이오노머, 및 에틸렌 아크릴산 공중합체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되며, 0.7 내지 1400 g/10 min의 용융 흐름 지수, 36 내지 75의 Shore D 경도, 5 내지 75 MPa의 극한 인장 강도를 가지는, 상기 적어도 하나의 직물층에 접착되는 적어도 하나의 고분자 재료의 코팅층을 포함하는, 코팅된 다중방호용 직물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 재료는 190 ℃에서 250 g/10 min 내지 1400 g/10 min의 용융 흐름 지수를 가진 에틸렌 아크릴산 공중합체인, 직물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 재료는 40 내지 55의 Shore D 경도를 가진 에틸렌 아크릴산 공중합체인, 직물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 재료는 5.0 내지 12.0 MPa의 극한 인장 강도를 가진 에틸렌 아크릴산 공중합체인, 직물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 재료는 15,000 내지 33,000의 분자량을 가진 에틸렌 아크릴산 공중합체인, 직물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 직물층은 제 1 직물층과 제 2 직물층을 포함하고, 적어도 하나의 고분자 재료의 코팅층은 제 1 직물층과 제 2 직물층 사이에 제공되며 제 1 직물층과 제 2 직물층 모두에 접착되는 제 1 코팅층과, 제 1 직물층에 대향하는 제 2 직물층에 접착되는 제 2 코팅층을 포함하는, 직물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 코팅층은 제 2 직물층에 대향하는 제 1 직물층에 접착되는 제 3 코팅층을 추가로 포함하는, 직물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 고성능 섬유는 데니어 당 적어도 15 그램의 강도, 데니어 당 적어도 400 그램의 인장탄성률, 및 330 dtex 내지 3360 dtex의 선형 질량 밀도를 가지는, 직물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 직물층은 제직물(woven fabric), 편직물(knitted fabric), 플라이직물(plied fabric) 및 일방향성 직물(unidirectional fabric)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, 직물.
- a. 제 1 표면을 가지고 다수의 고성능 섬유를 가지는 제 1 직물층을 제공하는 단계;b. 상기 제 1 직물층의 제 1 표면 상에, 0.7 내지 1400 g/10 min의 용융 흐름 지수, 36 내지 75의 Shore D 경도, 및 5 내지 75 MPa의 극한 인장 강도를 가지는 제 1 고분자 재료를 가하는 단계;c. 제 1 코팅층을 가지는 미가공 코팅 직물을 형성하도록 상기 제 1 직물층의 제 1 표면 상에 상기 제 1 고분자 재료를 도포하는 단계; 및d. 상기 제 1 직물층에 상기 제 1 코팅층을 접착시키기 위하여 상기 미가공 코팅 직물을 가열하는 단계를 포함하며,e. 상기 제 1 고분자 재료는 소정의 크기의 롤 상에 상기 코팅된 다중방호용 직물을 공급하기에 충분히 유연성이 있도록 선택되는, 코팅된 다중방호용 직물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,a. 상기 고분자 재료는 250 g/10 min 내지 1400 g/10 min의 용융 흐름 지수, 40 내지 55의 Shore D 경도, 5.0 내지 12.0 MPa의 극한 인장 강도, 및 15,000 내지 33,000의 분자량을 가지는 에틸렌 아크릴산 공중합체이며,b. 상기 고성능 섬유는 아라미드 섬유, 파라-아라미드 섬유, 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌 섬유, 폴리(p-페닐렌-2,6-벤조비스옥사졸)(PBO) 섬유, 액정 섬유, 및 유리 섬유로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인, 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 재료를 도포하는 경우 20 내지 200 g/㎡의 코팅 중량을 가지는 제 1 코팅층이 형성되는 것인, 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 미가공 코팅 직물은 2-5분 동안 80-100℃의 온도의 건조 오븐 내에서 건조된 후 이어서 상기 미가공 코팅 직물은 적어도 10분 동안 150-200℃의 온도에서 히트-세팅 유닛(heat-setting unit) 내에서 가열되는, 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,a. 상기 제 1 직물층에 대향하여 상기 제 1 코팅층과 접하는 제 2 표면을 가지고 상기 제 2 표면의 반대편에 제 3 표면을 가지는 제 2 직물층을 제공하는 단계;b. 폴리에스테르, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리우레탄, 폴리에테르, 폴리부타디엔, 폴리아크릴레이트, 에틸렌 공중합체, 폴리카보네이트, 이오노머, 및 에틸렌 아크릴산 공중합체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 제 2 고분자 재료를 상기 제 2 직물층의 제 3 표면 상에 가하는 단계; 및c. 상기 미가공 코팅 직물 상에 제 2 코팅층을 형성하도록 상기 제 2 직물층의 제 3 표면 상에 상기 제 2 고분자 재료를 도포하는 단계를 추가로 포함하며,d. 상기 미가공 코팅 직물의 가열을 통해 상기 제 2 직물층에 상기 제 2 코팅층을 접착시키는, 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 직물층은 상기 제 1 표면의 반대편에 제 4 표면을 포함하며,a. 폴리에스테르, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리우레탄, 폴리에테르, 폴리부타디엔, 폴리아크릴레이트, 에틸렌 공중합체, 폴리카보네이트, 이오노머, 및 에틸렌 아크릴산 공중합체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 제 3 고분자 재료를 상기 제 1 직물층의 제 4 표면 상에 가하는 단계; 및b. 상기 미가공 코팅 직물 상에 제 3 코팅층을 형성하도록 상기 제 3 직물층의 제 4 표면 상에 상기 제 3 고분자 재료를 도포하는 단계를 추가로 포함하고,c. 상기 미가공 코팅 직물의 가열을 통해 제 1 직물층에 상기 제 3 코팅층을 접착시키는, 방법.
