Description
도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 플럭스 분말을 이용한 전기가스 용접장치로서 용접하는 모습을 도시한 사시도;
도 2는 도 1의 플럭스 분말 공급부를 간략하게 도시한 도면;
도 3은 도 2의 플럭스 공급튜브의 일 예를 도시한 단면도;
도 4는 도 2의 플럭스 공급튜브의 다른 예를 도시한 단면도; 그리고,
도 5는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 플럭스 분말을 이용한 전기가스 용접방법을 도시한 순서도 이다.

Claims (5)
- 용접와이어를 공급하는 와이어 공급부;
상기 와이어 공급부로부터 공급받은 용접와이어를 피용접부로 안내하는 와이어 안내부재; 및
상기 피용접부에 형성된 용융풀에 상온 상태의 플럭스 분말을 공급하는 플럭스 분말 공급부;를 포함하되,
상기 플럭스 분말 공급부는,
상기 플럭스 분말을 저장하는 플럭스 저장용기;
상기 플럭스 저장용기로부터 플럭스 분말이 이동되는 플럭스 공급관; 및
상기 플럭스 공급관으로부터 플럭스 분말을 공급받으며, 피용접부에 플럭스 분말을 분사하는 분사노즐이 형성된 플럭스 공급튜브;를 포함하며,
상기 플럭스 공급튜브는,
플럭스 공급튜브에 와이어 안내부재가 관통되며, 상기 와이어 안내부재가 관통된 지점 둘레의 상기 와이어 안내부재와 이격된 위치에 분사노즐이 형성되어 상기 용융풀의 잉여열에 의해 상기 플럭스 분말이 용해되어 용접이 이루어지는 플럭스 분말을 이용한 전기가스 용접장치.

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 플럭스 공급튜브는,
내주면에 상기 와이어 안내부재가 관통하도록 구비되고,
상기 와이어 안내부재의 둘레에 상기 분사노즐이 구비되어 상기 용접와이어의 둘레에서 상기 플럭스 분말이 분사되는 플럭스 분말을 이용한 전기가스 용접장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
피용접부위에 형성된 용융풀이 피용접부위의 외측으로 흐르는 것을 방지하는 동담금이 더 구비되는 플럭스 분말을 이용한 전기가스 용접장치.
