Claims (4)
- 제1 입력단(P1)과,
상기 제1 입력단의 전위보다 낮은 전위가 인가되는 제2 입력단(P2)과,
출력단(Pu, Pv, Pw)과,
상기 제1 입력단과 상기 출력단 사이에 접속되는 상측 스위칭 소자(S1~S3)와, 상기 제2 입력단과 상기 출력단 사이에 접속되는 하측 스위칭 소자(S4~S6)를 포함하는 전력 변환부(1)와,
상기 전력 변환부가 출력하는 출력 전압에 대한 전압 지령치와, 소정 주기를 가지는 캐리어의 비교에 기초하여, 상기 상측 스위칭 소자 및 상기 하측 스위칭 소자를 제어하는 스위칭 제어부(33)와,
모두 상기 소정 주기를 가지며, 또한, 상기 전압 지령치가 상기 캐리어의 최소치 이하의 값인 기간의 하나 뒤의 기간이며, 상기 캐리어의 최소치보다 큰 제1 소정치를 채용하는 제1 기간, 및 상기 전압 지령치가 상기 캐리어의 최대치 이상인 기간의 하나 앞의 기간이며, 상기 전압 지령치가 상기 최대치보다 작은 제2 소정치를 채용하는 제2 기간 중 적어도 어느 한쪽에서, 단조롭게 감소하는 상기 캐리어(C1)를 상기 스위칭 제어부에 부여하고, 모두 상기 소정 주기를 가지며, 또한, 상기 전압 지령치가 상기 최대치 이상의 값인 기간의 하나 뒤의 기간이며, 상기 최대치보다 작은 제3 소정치를 채용하는 제3 기간, 및 상기 전압 지령치가 상기 최소치 이하인 기간의 하나 앞의 기간이며, 상기 전압 지령치가 상기 최소치보다 큰 제4 소정치를 채용하는 제4 기간 중 적어도 어느 한쪽에서, 단조롭게 증가하는 상기 캐리어(C2)를 상기 스위칭 제어부에 부여하는, 캐리어 생성부(32)를 구비하는, 전력 변환 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 전압 지령치는, 상기 제1 기간의 하나 뒤의 기간에서 상기 캐리어의 상기 최대치 이상의 값을 채용하고, 상기 제3 기간의 하나 뒤의 기간에서 상기 캐리어의 상기 최소치 이하의 값을 채용하는, 전력 변환 장치. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
보정전 전압 지령치(V*)에 대해 보정을 행하여 상기 전압 지령치(V**)를 생성하는 전압 지령 생성부(31)를 더 구비하고,
상기 전압 지령 생성부는, 상기 소정 주기를 가지는 상기 기간에서의 상기 보정전 전압 지령치를, 상기 기간에서의 상기 캐리어의 상기 최대치와 상기 최소치 사이의 중간치로 보정하여, 상기 전압 지령치를 생성하는, 전력 변환 장치. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 전압 지령 생성부(31)는, 상기 보정전 전압 지령치(V*)를 상기 소정 주기마다 그 평균치로 보정하여 상기 전압 지령치(V**)를 생성하는, 전력 변환 장치.
