Claims (11)
- 직류 전류원 및 전기 디바이스 사이에서 직류 전류 일시정지(interruption)를 위한 분리 장치로서,
상기 직류 전류원 및 상기 전기 디바이스 사이에 접속되는 전류-전도 기계적 스위칭 접촉부;
상기 스위칭 접촉부와 병렬로 접속되는 반도체 전자장치 ― 상기 반도체 전자장치는 상기 스위칭 접촉부가 폐쇄(close)될 때 전류 장벽으로서 동작하고, 상기 반도체 전자장치가 전류-전도될 때 아크 전류가 상기 스위칭 접촉부로부터 상기 반도체 전자장치로 정류(commutate)되고, 상기 반도체 전자장치는 각각 직렬로 접속된 제 1 반도체 스위치 및 제 2 반도체 스위치를 가지며, 상기 스위칭 접촉부가 개방될 때에 아크에 의해 생성되는 상기 스위칭 접촉부 양단의 아크 전압이 상기 반도체 전자장치를 전류-전도되게 하도록, 상기 반도체 전자장치는 상기 스위칭 접촉부에 접속되는 제어 입력부를 갖고, 상기 반도체 전자장치는 아크 지속기간 내에 충전되도록 접속되는 에너지 저장 디바이스를 가짐 ―; 및
아크의 형성 없이 상기 반도체 전자장치를 스위치 오프하기 위해, 상기 에너지 저장 디바이스의 충전 시간의 종료시에 시작(start)하도록 구성되는 타이머
를 포함하고,
상기 에너지 저장 디바이스를 충전하는 상기 아크 전압은 상기 제 1 반도체 스위치 및 상기 제 2 반도체 스위치 사이의 노드에서 탭핑(tap)되고,
상기 제 1 반도체 스위치 및 상기 제 2 반도체 스위치 사이의 상기 노드에서 탭핑되는 상기 아크 전압은 또한 상기 반도체 전자장치 및 상기 타이머에 공급 전압을 제공하는,
분리 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 스위칭 접촉부 및 상기 반도체 전자장치는 광전지 발전기 및 인버터 사이에 접속되는,
