Description
Claims (16)
- 800 미터 이상의 길이를 가지며 일 단부(end)에서 수 부유식(water floating) 시스템과 연결되고 다른 단부에서 고정된 정박점(anchoring point)과 연결되는 계류선(mooring line)으로서,상기 계류선은 최소한 제 1 모듈 및 제 2 모듈을 포함하되, 최소한 상기 제 1 모듈 및 제 2 모듈은 상이한 조성의 합성 섬유를 갖고,상기 제 1 모듈에는 상기 계류선을 상기 수 부유식 시스템에 정박시키기 위한 접속부가 제공되고,상기 제 2 모듈에는 상기 계류선을 상기 정박점에 연결시키기 위한 접속부가 제공되며,상기 제 1 모듈 및 제 2 모듈에는 한 모듈의 일 단부와 다른 모듈의 일 단부를 연결하기 위한 접속부가 제공되고,상기 제 2 모듈은 제 2 섬유로서 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌(UHMWPE) 섬유인 고성능 폴리올레핀 섬유를 51% 이상 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 계류선.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 또는 제 2 모듈이 100 미터 이상의 길이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 계류선.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 모듈이 폴리에스터 섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 계류선.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 모듈이 51 중량% 이상의 제 1 섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 계류선.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 모듈이 60 중량% 이상의 제 1 섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 계류선.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 모듈이 95 중량% 이상의 제 1 섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 계류선.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 모듈이 60 중량% 이상의 UHMWPE 섬유를 제 2 섬유로서 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 계류선.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 모듈이 95 중량% 이상의 UHMWPE 섬유를 제 2 섬유로서 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 계류선.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 모듈이 51 중량% 이상의 폴리에스터 섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 계류선.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 폴리에스터 섬유가 0.6 GPa 이상의 인장 강도 및 3% 이상의 파단 신도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 계류선.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 UHMWPE 섬유가 1.5 GPa 이상의 인장 강도 및 35 GPa 이상의 강성도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 계류선.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,폴리에스터 섬유를 포함하는 제 1 모듈의 길이가 2000 미터 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 계류선.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,폴리에스터 섬유를 포함하는 모듈의 길이와 UHMWPE 섬유를 포함하는 모듈의 길이 사이의 비가 90% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 계류선.
