Claims (15)
- 골절 부위의 뼈에 흠집을 내기 위한 매니퓰레이터;
상기 매니퓰레이터가 장착되는 구동암; 및
상기 매니퓰레이터와 구동암을 제어하기 위한 컨트롤러;가 포함되는 골절 치료용 매니퓰레이터가 구비된 국부 침습 수술 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 매니퓰레이터는,
골절 부위의 뼈와 연부조직을 이격시켜 수술 공간을 확보하는 수술공간확보유닛; 및
골절 부위의 뼈에 흠집을 내기 위한 흠집형성유닛;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 골절 치료용 매니퓰레이터가 구비된 국부 침습 수술 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 매니퓰레이터는 골절 부위를 관찰하기 위한 내시경을 더 포함하고,
상기 국부 침습 수술 장치는 상기 내시경에 의해 관찰되는 부분을 화상으로 표시하는 디스플레이부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 골절 치료용 매니퓰레이터가 구비된 국부 침습 수술 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 내시경은 2D 내시경 또는 3D 내시경 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 골절 치료용 매니퓰레이터가 구비된 국부 침습 수술 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 내시경은 상기 수술공간확보유닛 또는 흠집형성유닛에 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 골절 치료용 매니퓰레이터가 구비된 국부 침습 수술 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 수술공간확보유닛은 다수의 지지편이 링크 연결되어 절곡됨으로써 뼈에서 연부조직을 이격시켜 지지하는 지지부와, 붙어있는 뼈와 연부조직을 분리하기 위하여 상기 지지부의 자유단에 구비된 박리나이프를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 골절 치료용 매니퓰레이터가 구비된 국부 침습 수술 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 박리나이프는 끝단이 일측으로 경사지게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 골절 치료용 매니퓰레이터가 구비된 국부 침습 수술 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 지지편 각각의 링크 연결부는 굽힘각 조절을 위하여 액츄에이터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 골절 치료용 매니퓰레이터가 구비된 국부 침습 수술 장치.
- 제2항 또는 제6항에 있어서,
상기 수술공간확보유닛은,
기체 또는 유체가 유입되는 중공부가 형성되어 있으며, 상기 중공부와 연통되되 유입된 기체 또는 유체가 배출되기 위해 일측에 배출홀이 형성된 탄성재질의 지지호스; 및
상기 지지호스의 배출홀을 수용하여 상기 지지호스의 외주면에 구비되며, 상기 배출홀에서 배출된 기체 또는 유체가 충진되어 체적이 증가됨으로써 뼈에서 연부조직을 이격시키고 이격된 연부조직을 지지하는 지지튜브;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 골절 치료용 매니퓰레이터가 구비된 국부 침습 수술 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 수술공간확보유닛은 상기 지지부 하측에 적어도 하나 이상의 평면발광장치를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 골절 치료용 매니퓰레이터가 구비된 국부 침습 수술 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,
상기 평면발광장치는 LED인 것을 특징으로 하는 골절 치료용 매니퓰레이터가 구비된 국부 침습 수술 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 흠집형성유닛은 다수의 구동편이 링크 연결되되 뼈에 흠집을 내기 위해 하나의 링크 연결부를 기준점으로 반복 운동하는 구동부와, 뼈의 골절 부위에 흠집을 내어 가골을 형성하기 위해 상기 구동부의 자유단에 구비된 흠집날을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 골절 치료용 매니퓰레이터가 구비된 국부 침습 수술 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서,
상기 구동편의 링크 연결부는 절곡되는 각도 조절을 위하여 각각 액츄에이터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 골절 치료용 매니퓰레이터가 구비된 국부 침습 수술 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서,
상기 흠집형성유닛은 상기 구동부 하측에 적어도 하나 이상의 평면발광장치를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 골절 치료용 매니퓰레이터가 구비된 국부 침습 수술 장치.
- 제14항에 있어서,
상기 평면발광장치는 LED인 것을 특징으로 하는 골절 치료용 매니퓰레이터가 구비된 국부 침습 수술 장치.
