도 2는 본 발명에 따른 주차 위치 표시 장치의 구성을 도시한 블록도이다.
도 3a 내지 도 3c는 본 발명에 따른 주차 위치 표시 장치에서 입체물을 검출하는 예를 도시한 예시도이다.
도 4a 및 도 4b는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 주차 위치 표시 동작을 설명하는데 참조되는 예시도이다.

Claims (18)
- 차량에 구비된 거리측정센서로부터 취득한 센서값 및 상기 차량에 구비된 카메라로부터 취득한 주변영상들을 뷰 변환하여 합성한 탑 뷰 영상을 분석하여 상기 차량 주변의 입체물을 검출하는 입체물 검출부;
상기 센서값 및 상기 탑 뷰 영상에 근거하여 상기 검출된 입체물의 실제 위치를 판단하고 상기 탑 뷰 영상 내에서의 상기 검출된 입체물의 위치를 판단하는 입체물 위치 판단부; 및
상기 탑 뷰 영상 내에서의 상기 검출된 입체물의 위치를 기준으로 상기 탑 뷰 영상 상에 상기 검출된 입체물에 해당하는 이미지가 출력되도록 제어하는 출력 제어부를 포함하며,
상기 출력 제어부는, 상기 탑 뷰 영상 내에서 인식된 빈 구획의 영상이 임시 저장되도록 하고, 상기 탑 뷰 영상 내에서 상기 입체물에 의해 왜곡된 빈 구획의 영상을 상기 임시 저장된 빈 구획의 영상으로 대체하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 주차 위치 표시 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 입체물 검출부는,
상기 취득한 센서값으로부터 검출된 입체물의 정보에 근거하여 상기 탑 뷰 영상 내에서 대응되는 입체물을 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 주차 위치 표시 장치. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 입체물 검출부는,
상기 취득한 센서값으로부터 검출된 입체물의 정보에 근거하여 상기 입체물에 대한 인식영역을 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 주차 위치 표시 장치. - 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 차량에 구비된 거리측정센서로부터 취득한 센서값 및 상기 탑 뷰 영상을 분석하여 상기 차량 주변의 빈 구획을 인식하는 빈 구획 인식부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 주차 위치 표시 장치. - 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 입체물 검출부는,
주차 구획이 선택되면, 선택된 주차 구획에 대한 주차 궤적의 주변을 탐색하여 주차 궤적 영역의 입체물을 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 주차 위치 표시 장치. - 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 이미지는,
상기 입체물의 이미지 및 입체물의 아이콘 이미지 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 주차 위치 표시 장치. - 차량에 구비된 거리측정센서로부터 취득한 센서값 및 상기 차량에 구비된 카메라로부터 취득한 주변영상들을 뷰 변환하여 합성한 탑 뷰 영상을 분석하여 상기 차량 주변의 입체물을 검출하는 단계;
상기 센서값 및 상기 탑 뷰 영상에 근거하여 검출된 입체물의 실제 위치를 판단하고, 상기 탑 뷰 영상 내에서의 상기 검출된 입체물의 위치를 판단하는 단계;
상기 탑 뷰 영상 내에서의 상기 검출된 입체물의 위치를 기준으로 상기 탑 뷰 영상 상에 상기 검출된 입체물에 해당하는 이미지가 출력되도록 제어하는 단계; 및
상기 탑 뷰 영상 내에서 상기 입체물에 의해 왜곡된 빈 구획의 영상을 사전에 임시 저장된 빈 구획의 영상으로 대체하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 주차 위치 표시 방법. - 청구항 10에 있어서,
상기 차량 주변의 입체물을 검출하는 단계는,
상기 취득한 센서값으로부터 검출된 입체물의 정보에 근거하여 상기 탑 뷰 영상 내에서 대응되는 입체물을 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 주차 위치 표시 방법. - 청구항 11에 있어서,
상기 차량 주변의 입체물을 검출하는 단계는,
상기 취득한 센서값으로부터 검출된 입체물의 정보에 근거하여 상기 입체물에 대한 인식영역을 설정하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 주차 위치 표시 방법. - 삭제
