Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 유압 제동시스템에서 AHB 장치를 이용하여 브레이크 페달로부터 마스터 실린더에 전달되는 힘을 증가시키는 과정을 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 유압 제동시스템에 ESC 모듈레이터가 연결된 것을 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 유압 제동시스템의 개략적인 제어블록도이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 유압 제동시스템에서 EBD 기능을 수행하는 것을 설명하기 위한 그래프이다.
도 6은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 유압 제동시스템에서 HSA 기능을 수행하는 것을 설명하기 위한 그래프이다.

Claims (3)
- 제1 실린더와 제2 실린더를 가진 마스터 실린더;
상기 제1 실린더와 상기 제2 실린더에 제동 오일을 독립적으로 공급하되, 펌프와, 상기 펌프에 구동력을 제공하는 모터와, 상기 펌프의 구동에 의해 생성된 오일을 임시 저정하는 고압 어큐뮬레이터와, 상기 고압 어큐뮬레이터의 유압을 상기 제1 실린더에 공급하도록 마련된 노멀 클로즈형의 제1 파워밸브와, 상기 고압 어큐뮬레이터의 유압을 상기 제2 실린더에 공급하도록 마련된 노멀 클로즈형의 제2 파워밸브를 포함하는 유압파워유닛;
상기 제1 실린더와 연결된 후륜측 휠 실린더;
상기 제2 실린더와 연결된 전륜측 휠 실린더; 및
상기 후륜측 휠 실린더와 상기 전륜측 휠 실린더의 제동압력을 제어하기 위해 상기 제1 실린더와 상기 제2 실린더의 압력을 조절하도록 상기 유압파워유닛의 작동을 제어하되, 상기 제1 파워밸브를 통해 상기 제1 실린더의 압력을 제어하고, 상기 제2 파워밸브를 통해 상기 제2 실린더의 압력을 제어하는 제어부;를 포함하는 유압 제동시스템. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유압파워유닛은 상기 제1 파워밸브와 상기 제1 실린더 사이에 상기 제1 실린더의 유압을 측정하도록 마련된 제1 압력센서와, 상기 제2 파워밸브와 상기 제2 실린더 사이에 상기 제2 실린더의 유압을 측정하도록 마련된 제2 압력센서를 포함하고,
상기 제어부는 상기 제1 실린더와 상기 제2 실린더가 서로 다른 유압값을 가지도록 상기 제1 압력센서를 통해 측정된 상기 제1 실린더의 유압값과 상기 제2 압력센서를 통해 측정된 상기 제2 실린더의 유압값에 따라 상기 제1 파워밸브와 상기 제2 파워밸브의 작동을 제어하는 것을 포함하는 유압 제동시스템.
