Claims (12)
- 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지와 마이크로피브릴화 식물 섬유를 포함하는 성형 재료로서, 마이크로피브릴화 식물 섬유가 셀룰로오스와 헤미 셀룰로오스를 포함하고, 마이크로피브릴화 식물 섬유 중의 헤미 셀룰로오스의 함유량이 마이크로피브릴화 식물 섬유 중에 포함되는 헤미 셀룰로오스와 셀룰로오스의 합계 함유량에 대하여 11∼30중량%이며, 또한, 마이크로피브릴화 식물 섬유의 비표면적이 5∼20㎡/g인
성형 재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
성형 재료 중에 포함되는 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지의 함유량이 3∼95중량%인
성형 재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
마이크로피브릴화 식물 섬유가 헤미 셀룰로오스를 포함하는 셀룰로오스 섬유 함유 재료를 해섬(defibrating)함으로써 얻어진 것인
성형 재료.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 성형 재료를 경화하여 이루어지는
성형체.
- 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지와 마이크로피브릴화 식물 섬유를 포함하는 성형 재료의 제조 방법으로서, 셀룰로오스와 헤미 셀룰로오스를 포함하고, 헤미 셀룰로오스의 함유량이 헤미 셀룰로오스와 셀룰로오스의 합계 함유량에 대하여 11∼30중량%이며, 또한, 비표면적이 5∼20㎡/g인 마이크로피브릴화 식물 섬유와 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지를 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는
성형 재료의 제조 방법.
- 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지와 마이크로피브릴화 식물 섬유를 포함하는 성형 재료의 제조 방법으로서, 셀룰로오스와 헤미 셀룰로오스를 포함하고, 헤미 셀룰로오스의 함유량이 헤미 셀룰로오스와 셀룰로오스의 합계 함유량에 대하여 11∼30중량%이며, 또한, 비표면적이 5∼20㎡/g인 마이크로피브릴화 식물 섬유의 시트상물에 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지를 함침하는 것을 특징으로 하는
성형 재료의 제조 방법.
- 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지 성형체의 제조 방법으로서, 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지와 피브릴화 식물 섬유를 포함하는 성형 재료를 압력 0.1∼100MPa로 압축 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것으로서, 피브릴화 식물 섬유가 셀룰로오스와 헤미 셀룰로오스를 포함하고, 피브릴화 식물 섬유 중의 헤미 셀룰로오스의 함유량이 피브릴화 식물 섬유 중에 포함되는 헤미 셀룰로오스와 셀룰로오스의 합계 함유량에 대하여 11∼30중량%인
불포화 폴리에스테르 수지 성형체의 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,
성형 재료 중에 포함되는 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지의 함유량이 3∼95중량%인
